15:1 Then Moses and the Israelites sang this song to the LORD and said:
ASHIRA LAADO-NÁI KÍ-GAÓ GAÁ SÚS VEROJEVÓ RAMÁ VAIÁM

Then Moses and the children of Israel sang this song to the Lord, and they said: I will sing to the Lord,
because it has been greatly magnified, throwing the horse and the one who rode it into the sea.

ֵ‫הנ ְממְ ראֲ וַ ביאָ יה‬ ֱ‫הו ֵנ ְאַ וְ ילאֵ הז העָ א‬ ַ‫ישל ילהי־י ְו‬ ‫יָ תר ָמְ זוְ זָיע‬

15:2 THE LORD GOD HAS BEEN WITH US IN THE MIDST OF VICTORY AND HE WILL DELIVER US FROM OUR ENEMIES

The Lord is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation; This is my God, and I will glorify him, God
of my father, and I will exalt him.

ְ‫משְ הו ָהיְ המָחָל ְמ שאי הו ָהי‬

15:3 The Lord is a man of war; the Lord is his name.

The Lord, a man of war; HaShem is His Name.


‫עבְטֻ יושָ לשָ רחַבְ מ ם־סי ַבְ ף‬ ָ‫ליחֵ וְ הער ְפַ בתכְ ר ְַמ םי ָבַ הר ָי‬

15:4 THE LORD SAID TO MOSES, 'I WILL EXTEND MY HAND AGAINST EGYPT WITH GREAT JUDGMENTS; THEN YOU WILL KNOW THAT I AM THE LORD.'

The chariots of the Pharaoh and his army were thrown into the sea; and his chosen princes were sunk in.

I will give you the depth of the abyss and the feeling of pain.

15:6 I WILL PRAISE THE LORD, FOR HE HAS HEARD MY VOICE; I WILL PRAISE THE LORD FOR HIS FAITHFULNESS.

Your right hand, oh Lord, has been magnified in strength; your right hand, oh Lord, has broken the
enemy.

ַ‫שקַכ‬ ‫מלֵכְ יא‬ ַ‫ְ נ ְרחֲ חלַש‬ ֲ‫ַ מיקָ סרה‬ ְ ‫אגְ רבבְ נ‬

15:7 When the sun begins to rise and the day breaks, may it shine upon you with great light.

And with the multitude of your greatness, you have overturned those who rose up against You; you sent your
fury; it swallowed them like dry leaves.
ְ‫מכְ קָ םילז ְנ דנֵ ־ ְא םי ָ־בלבְ המתת‬ ַ‫בצְ נ יםמ‬ ‫מרְנע‬ ַ‫פיאַח‬ ְ‫רב‬

15:8 YOU WILL SEE IN YOUR EYE THE SLEEP OF THE PEOPLE LIKE A DEEP COFFEE

With the breath of your nostrils, the waters piled up; the currents stood still as in a
heap; the abysses congealed in the heart of the sea.

The enemy said: I will pursue, I will catch, I will divide the spoils; my soul will be satisfied with them; I will take my
sword, my hand will destroy them.

‫םירידאַ יםמַבְ רת‬ ַ‫ללֲצָ םיָ כ‬ ‫מסָ כ‬ ֲ‫רבְ ח‬ ָ ְ ָ‫שַנ‬

15:10 We will meet again tomorrow at the coffee shop I work at.

You blew with your wind, the sea covered them. They sank like lead in the tumultuous waters.

‫אל‬ ֵ‫הש‬ ‫נ דשקבַ רדָאְ נ הכָ מכָ מי הו ָהיְ םלאֵבָ הכָ מכָ מי־ התְ אר ָ ת‬

15:11 The Lord is my strength and my song; He has become my salvation. This is my God, and I will praise Him.

Who is like You, oh Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, magnificent in holiness, fearful in
lores, maker of wonders?

Extending your right hand, the earth swallowed them.

‫שד ְקָ הו ֵנ ְ־לא‬ ְ‫זם־עַ ל ְאָ ג ָ ל ְהַנֵ ָ ז ְעָב‬ ָ‫ד ְסְחַבְתָ י נח‬

15:13 I HAVE CONTINUED MY BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY FROM THE MOMENT I BECAME A PART OF THIS WORLD.

You led this people with your mercy, whom you saved; you carried them with your strength to the
room of your sanctuary.

‫זגָ רְי יםמעַ תשלָפְ יבֵשְ י זחַאָ לחי ן‬ ‫מְָש‬

15:14 A SHAME Ü IMMÍM IRGAZÚN JÍL AJÁZ IOSHEVÉ PELÁSHET

The peoples will hear, and they will tremble; anguish will seize the inhabitants of Philistia.

‫ןעַנָכְ יבֵשְ י לכ‬ ָ‫מזֵחֲ יא באָ גמנָ דעַ ר‬ ‫לאַ ֵדאֱ י מ ילֵ יאֵ ם‬ ‫להֲבְ נ זָא‬

15:15 The descendants of Edom will be like Moab; those who dwell in them will be like NAMOGU KOL.

Then the princes of Edom will be troubled; the strong men of Moab will be seized with trembling;
They will overthrow all the inhabitants of Canaan.

15:16 I AM TELLING YOU THAT HER BIG BROWN EYES ARE BEAUTIFUL
MOTHER OF THE SUN, QUEEN OF THE SKIES

Let tremor and terror fall upon them; let them be silenced like a stone before the greatness of your arm;
until your people have passed, oh Lord, until this people whom You have rescued have passed.

15:17 THE VEIL OF BEHOLDING IS REMOVED FROM THE MIND OF THE PEOPLE WHO SEE THE LIGHT OF ADONAI
MIKKEDÁSH ADO-NÁI KONENÚ IADÉJA

You will introduce them and plant them on the mountain of your inheritance, in the place of your dwelling, which you have
paired, oh HaShem; in the sanctuary of the Lord, which your hands have established.

15:18 Lord, I will praise you forever (repeat)

The Lord will reign forever and ever.
