Project Vision:
To develop a vertical urban habitat along Chennai’s ECR that harmonizes live-work synergies,
prioritizes green open space (50%), and incorporates world-class shared amenities, smart
infrastructure, and sustainable urban living — setting a new benchmark in mixed-use high-rise
typologies.
Design Objectives:
1. Contextual Urban Response:
Blend modern urban form with the scenic and ecological sensitivities of ECR.
2. Integrated Program:
Foster coexistence of office and residential functions through spatial segregation and shared
amenity spaces.
3. Open Space Emphasis (50%):
Preserve half the site as accessible landscaped open areas for recreation, circulation, and
ecological enhancement.

4. Shared Amenity Strategy:
Design multifunctional podiums, rooftops, and common zones with amenities used by both
residents and professionals.
5. High-Rise Efficiency:
Optimize verticality for density, natural light, ventilation, and ocean views.
6. Smart + Sustainable Development:
Use green building systems, IoT-based controls, and low-impact design for energy and
water efficiency.
