Job Title: Frontend Developer (React.

js)

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with extensive experience
in React.js to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of modern web development practices and be passionate about building high-
quality, user-centric applications. You will work closely with designers, backend developers,
and product managers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop new user-facing features using React.js.


 Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
 Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
 Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable
devices and browsers.
 Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the technical
feasibility of UI/UX designs.
 Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to
maintain code quality.
 Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and
apply them in your work.
 Debug and resolve front-end issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
 Write and maintain documentation for front-end code and practices.

Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


 Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a focus on React.js.
 Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript
object model.
 Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
 Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
 Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
 Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
 Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
 Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
requirements.
 A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
 Familiarity with Git for version control.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with TypeScript.
 Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
 Familiarity with front-end testing libraries such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing
Library.
 Experience with server-side rendering and static site generation using frameworks like
Next.js.
 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
