Morning Routine (Before Coaching)

4:30 AM - Wake up

4:35 - 4:45 AM - Meditation (10 mins for calm and clarity)

4:45 - 5:00 AM - Bhagavad Gita reading (5-10 verses + reflection)

5:00 - 5:30 AM - Workout (quick cardio + stretches + breathing)

5:30 - 6:00 AM - Bath + light breakfast

6:00 - 6:45 AM - Current Affairs (newspaper/notes/magazine)

7:00 - 7:30 AM - Travel to Vision IAS

8:00 - 10:30 AM - Vision IAS Class - Modern History

10:30 - 11:00 AM - Return home

Midday Study Blocks

11:00 - 11:30 AM - Tea/snack + light rest

11:30 - 1:30 PM - 2 NCERT chapters (e.g., History, Geography) + short notes

1:30 - 2:15 PM - Lunch + 20-min nap (optional)

2:15 - 4:15 PM - 2 NCERT chapters (e.g., Polity, Economy) + underline/notes
