belong to me/us and no other person has any title, claim, right, charge or interest over the same and that
they are my/our bonafide property not earmarked for any specific purpose and do not constitute a sub-
pledge.

I/We also instruct you that you are at liberty to close, transfer, sell, set off or otherwise deal with the
properties / securities detailed below at any time and without reference to me/us and adjust the proceeds
towards the above liability.

I/We also instruct you to hold under mentioned properties / securities as security for any other monies now
or hereafter may become due from me/us under any other transactions and i/we understand you will have
general lien over the properties / securities for my/our all indebtedness or liabilities to you.
