- Listen and tick the pictures in the text with the correct order
- Listen to choose true or false statement
- Ask and answer about a working day of a person
- Listen and then summarize the content of the listening script by
speaking or writing.

have more time for their study and their entertainment

 Warm – up:

 Pre-listening:
Work in pairs. Ask and answer the following
questions
- Have you ever travelled by
cyclo?
- When was it?
- Where was it?
- Is it interesting to travel by
cyclo?
- Which do you prefer, going by
bucycle or by cyclo? Give
reasons.
Listen and repeat
District, routine, office, pedal, purchases, drop,
passeengers, ride, park, foodstall
 While-listening:
Task 1: you will hear Mr Lam, a cyclo driver, talks
about his morning activities. Listen to his talk and
number the pictures in their correct order.
Task 2: listen again and decide whether the
stataement are true or false.
1. Mr. Lam lives in District 1.
2. Mr. Lam usually gets up early.
3. After Mr. Lam gets up, he
drives his cyclo from distric 5
to district 1
4. Mr. Lam first passengers are
three pupils
5. Mr. Lam has lunch at home
with his family.
6. After lunch, Mr Lam
immediately goes back to
work.

 Post-listening:
Work in pairs. Take turn to ask and answer
about Mr. Lam's activities using the cue below.
Then retell his story to the class.
Name, start work, lunch, occupation, passengers,
rest.
