improving, I know I am doing my job.”

Example Answer:
“I absolutely love teaching my children how to read. Watching their faces light up when they

of their lives.”

“I love staying organized both in the classroom and in my personal life. I use calendars,
reminders, and “To Do” lists. In the classroom, I prioritize the children’s organization. Every child
gets a cubby and a desk, and everything is labeled meticulously. In terms of getting all my tasks
done, I refer back to my “To Do” list to make sure I don’t miss anything.”
What do you think is one of the most difficult things children are facing today?
Example Answer:
“I think children today are deprived of physical activity because of the new digital age. There’s
nothing wrong with spending some time in front of a screen, but I believe balance is incredibly

key points throughout the day, even for my classes of small children. It helps them get exercise
and reset their brains to be ready to learn.”

What are your strengths and weaknesses?
My real strength is my ability to connect to children and passion to teaching, my love for
learning and I truly care about the students. I want them to love school, love learning and have
fun too.
To be honest my weakness is my awfully singing voice, luckily my student in the past are very
forgiving of this weakness, I love music, I love to sing, I love to add up music on my learning
material when I was an ESL teacher. But my voice is not that good tho

I believe that I have what it takes to execute the job efficiently and effectively. To be honest, I am

Managing a class full of preschoolers is challenging, I have to gain their respect and ensure
appropriate behavior without intimidating them. A successful approach is to control the
classroom while keeping things educational, enjoyable and encouraging.
Please summarize your preschool teaching philosophy?
I strongly believe it is important for preschoolers to be in environment that is both consistent
and secure. A nurturing and supportive school environment makes the child feel safe and instills
confidence. I believe learning and development are optimized when is a child is secure and
comfortable.
How have you handled a recent behavioral or discipline problem in the classroom?
I prefer to use time out with the preschool children. It gives the child time to cool off and reflect
on what he or she done. After a couple of minutes of being removed from the class/group. I
discuss the misbehavior with the child and provide guidance for selecting the right response or
behavior the next time.
How would you cope with the pressures of teaching?
These pressures need to be managed effectively so that we all work together to achieve the aims
of the school and meet the needs of the students we are teaching. To begin with, I believe in
proper, effective planning of both time and lessons. Planning helps significantly reduce stress as
a teacher. Secondly, I believe in maintaining a positive and happy mindset. If you are happy and
positive, this rubs off on your work colleagues and also the students you are teaching.
The school where I'm enrolled to, their psychology program is not just about understanding
human behaviors useful in any given time including education.
Why did you stop as an ESL teacher?
I love my passed job being an ESL teacher, teaching kids can be very challenging and fun at the
same time but there are things doesn’t go the way we wanted, my family need to move, at that
time the are were we move in, their internet connection is not that established, So I needed to
resigned but what I did is I focused more on my studies and make myself better so when the
opportunity arise like this I can teach again much better.
Were using a prepaid internet connection, its not that fast, sometimes you need to be patient
when you search on something, and if it doesn’t work we use our mobile data.
When it regards to my experience in work, I have been an ESL teacher for a 5 month in 2019, I
resigned because my family moved, so the area where we move in, at that time their internet
connection is not that established, that’s the reason why I resigned. So I focused more on studies
and make my self better, so when opportunist like this will arise I will be prepared
How your education prepare you for this job?
My college education has exceptionally prepared me for a smooth transition from school to work
by providing me with the skills necessary to succeed. On my first internship I were taught on how
to properly communicate with people who have mental problems. This experience has also
helped to develop my communication skills not only to the people who has a problems but also
to the people around me. On this sem our internship is about education, they will teach us how
to engage student in the lesson and how to create a fun and educational lesson at the same
time. Which will be very helpful for me that I can apply it after I graduate.
The specific event where I almost give up is when I was in grade 5, I know its a very long time,
but this event has impacted me a lot. I got a 75 grade in math and at that time my mother is the
one attend the meeting and the one that receives the card, so she talk to my teacher in math. I
know its not a failing grade, but its almost a failing grade for me and I was embarrass on that
grade because my mother is an alumni in that elementary school and she has a great reputation.
I don’t wanna ruin my mother good image because of my grade, but my mother told me she
appreciated my effort even I got 75 grade, she told me that its okay and you can do it better next
time, so what I did I enrolled on Saturday classes, I think its called MTAP, its a half day review on
math subject and all my efforts paid up and on the next grading I got 85 AND I WAS VERY HAPPY ,
its way better than 75. I still bring this lesson to me up to till now, failures are part of life, if you
don’t fail you don’t learn if you don’t learn you don’t change. I still experiencing failures in life
but I know I CAN OVERCOME IT.
