Review Policy and Objectives
Review known or anticipated changes to business operations that could
affect the quality system (i.e. expanded operations or facilities, new or
changed customers or customer requirements).
Review business objectives, performance data/trends since the last
review, available bench marking data, etc.; and related recommendations
for new/revised objectives consistent with the business plan and
achievable results based on demonstrated results or other data.
Review Quality Policy Statement and other policy contained in the Quality
Manual for continuing suitability; and related recommended policy
changes needed.

Review Quality System Documentation
Review major changes to quality system documentation since the last
management review meeting and related recommendations to further
facilitate timely and effective implementation.
Review Audit Results
Review (internal and external) audit results as a basis for assessing
overall quality system effectiveness (i.e. timely and effective actions are
taken and no repeat problems); and related recommendations for
improvement of the internal audit process and/or overall QMS
effectiveness.
Review Management Action Results
Review status of all management actions (corrective, preventive and
improvement) and summarize related results (such as % actions deemed
effective, i.e. accomplishing desired results); and related
recommendations for improvement of the continual improvement system.
Review Customer Satisfaction
Review data/trends resulting from customer feedback (including
complaints, customer report cards, etc.) as a basis for assessing overall
customer satisfaction; and related recommendations for improvement of
customer satisfaction and/or the customer feedback system.
Review Product Quality
Review data/trends related to product conformity (returns, defects, cost of
poor quality, actual/potential field failures, etc.) as a basis for assessing
overall product quality; and related recommendations for new/improved
quality control systems.
Review Product Performance
Review data/trends related to product performance (based on an analysis
of actual/potential field failures, benchmarking data, etc.); and related
recommendations for new/improved product characteristics.

Review data/trends related to manufacturing process performance (i.e.
uptime, output, productivity, on-time delivery, etc.) as a basis for
assessing overall manufacturing process effectiveness and efficiency; and

Review training activities and an assessment of the overall effectiveness
of facilities and equipment maintenance programs; and related
recommendations for their improvement.

Review training activities and an assessment of the overall effectiveness
of training completed since the last review; and related recommendations
for improvement of the training program.
Review data/trends that provide evidence of the extent of employee
awareness of and motivation to achieve XXX's policy and objectives; and
related recommendations for communicating to employees their roles in
carrying out policies and achieving objectives.
