 If the applicant is drawing any compensatory allowance, it should also be indicated in the orders on the expiry of leave,
the Government servant is likely to return to the same post or to another post carrying similar allowance.

 According to Order No.H.C.V-61/2004/02/Estt. Dated 02.01.06 Earned Leave for less than 6 (six days) at a time shall not
be granted to the employees from 1st January to 30th September of each year.
