05:21:12 GMT-0700 Hello,
(Pacific Daylight Time)
Your 2 dedicated IP addresses are now active in the US East (N. Virginia) region. We bill you for each of these
dedicated IP addresses at the end of every month, starting today. You can view your dedicated IP addresses on
the Dedicated IPs page of the Amazon SES console.

We recommend that you warm up your dedicated IP addresses. By default, all dedicated IP addresses use an
automatic warm-up process. For more information, see Warming Up Dedicated IP Addresses in the Amazon SES
Developer Guide (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/dedicated-ip-warming.html ). If
you disable the automatic warm-up feature, be sure to send very small volumes of email through your new
dedicated IP addresses at first, and slowly increase the volume over time. If you start sending a large volume of
email through new dedicated IP addresses, email providers could block all messages from those IPs, preventing
your recipients from receiving your messages.

The new dedicated IP addresses will be included in the ses-default-dedicated-pool. If you have multiple sending
use cases, you can use IP pools to create groups of dedicated IP addresses. For more information about
managing IP Pools, see Managing dedicated IP pools (
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/managing-ip-pools.html ).

When you've finished warming up your dedicated IP addresses, send a consistent volume of email each day.
Maintaining consistent sending volumes can help improve your reputation as a sender.

Thank you for using Amazon Web Services.

Dear AWS Trust and Safety Team,
03:01:20 GMT-0700
(Pacific Daylight Time)
I appreciate your attention to our request; however, I must express my concern regarding your recent decision.
Initially, your team recommended leasing two dedicated IP addresses for redundancy purposes, which we
promptly accepted and confirmed our commitment to. It's quite surprising and somewhat frustrating to now
face hesitation and additional questioning after already agreeing to your recommended approach and
associated costs. This inconsistency impacts our confidence in proceeding smoothly and effectively with
Amazon SES, particularly given the transactional and time-sensitive nature of our business communications.

Nevertheless, to clarify and reassure your team of our compliance and appropriate use case, I provide detailed
responses below:

1. Nature of Business and SES Usage:

NurseLink Solutions is a reputable healthcare staffing platform facilitating critical communication between
qualified nurses and healthcare facilities. We exclusively use Amazon SES for sending transactional emails,
including direct responses to user inquiries, shift confirmations, and operational notifications crucial to
healthcare staffing coordination.

2. Email Address Collection Method:

We only collect email addresses organically through:
- Direct email inquiries sent to [email protected]
- Submissions from our website’s contact forms:
- https://nurselinksolutions.com/nurses/contact-us/
We never purchase, rent, or utilize third-party email lists.

3. Subscribe and Unsubscribe Processes:

- Subscription: Emails are strictly transactional, responding only to direct inquiries or explicit user requests.
- Unsubscribe Management: Users manage notification preferences directly within their NurseLink Solutions
account. Opt-out requests are immediately honored in compliance with anti-spam regulations.

4. Bounce and Complaint Handling:

- Bounce Management: Privacy Terms
- Hard Bounces: Immediately removed

- Soft Bounces: Monitored actively; repeated occurrences are treated as hard bounces and added to the SES
[Alt+S]
suppression list.
- Complaint Management:
- Immediate removal from mailing lists upon complaints and addition to the SES suppression list.
- Amazon SNS notifications are enabled for real-time handling of these issues.

5. Type of Email Sent:

- Transactional emails exclusively (responses to inquiries, confirmations, notifications).

6. Website URL:

7. Additional Information:
- Comprehensive email validation using Zerobounce ensures compliance and high deliverability standards.
- Full acknowledgment and adherence to AWS Acceptable Use Policy, Service Terms, and dedicated IP warm-up
protocols.

Given our clear commitment to compliance and transparent communication regarding our use case, we
respectfully request immediate reconsideration and approval for leasing the recommended two Dedicated IP
addresses.

Thank you for addressing our concerns promptly.

Best regards,
NurseLink Solutions Team

07:37:48 GMT-0700 Hello,
(Pacific Daylight Time)
We received your request to lease dedicated IP addresses to use with Amazon SES in the US East (N. Virginia)
region.

Based on our understanding of your use case, we recommend that you lease 2 dedicated IP addresses for
redundancy purposes to maintain the reliability of your sending.

The cost of 1 dedicated IP address is $24.95 USD per month. Therefore, the cost for 2 dedicated IP addresses is
$49.90 per month. This amount is in addition to the usage-based price you pay for sending and receiving email
by using Amazon SES.

We recommend using a minimum of two dedicated IPs for a consistent deliverability experience. However, if you
would like, you can proceed with less than two dedicated IPs.

Your maximum send rate for these dedicated IP addresses will be 80 messages per second. After we add these
dedicated IP addresses to your account, you will need to warm them up to ensure good delivery rates. For more
information, see Warming Up Dedicated IP Addresses in the Amazon SES Developer Guide (
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/dedicated-ip-warming.html ).

You may also be interested in Dedicated IP addresses (managed) for Amazon SES. This is a new feature that
automatically provisions, warms-up, scales and manages dedicated IP addresses on your behalf to provide a
quick and easy way to start sending your email over a dedicated IP. This helps to ensure that your dedicated IP
addresses are used efficiently and optimally for how you send email. For more information, please see:

Region: US East (Northern Virginia)

Service: SES Service Limits
Limit name: Desired Dedicated IP

------------
Use case description: NurseLink Solutions operates as a reputable healthcare staffing platform, facilitating
critical communication between qualified nurses and healthcare facilities. We currently utilize Amazon SES for
sending transactional emails, including direct responses to user inquiries, confirmations, and important service-
related notifications.

Considering our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of email deliverability and sender
reputation, we request the allocation of a Dedicated IP address for our SES email-sending operations. Below are
key justifications supporting our request:

1. Sender Reputation Management:

- With a Dedicated IP, NurseLink Solutions can maintain full control over our sender reputation, independent
of other SES users. This ensures our transactional emails consistently reach our recipients without interruption,
which is critical for timely healthcare staffing coordination.

2. High Volume and Frequency of Emails:

- We anticipate consistent growth in email volumes (currently ranging between 1000–2,000 emails daily, with
peak sending rates of 5–10 emails per second). A dedicated IP will support this growth and mitigate risks
associated with shared IP addresses.

3. Deliverability & Inbox Placement:

- Transactional emails from NurseLink Solutions contain time-sensitive staffing and operational information
crucial to healthcare facilities and nurses. A dedicated IP will significantly enhance deliverability and ensure
optimal inbox placement rates.

4. Compliance and Best Practices:

- NurseLink Solutions strictly adheres to industry best practices, including regular email validation through
Zerobounce, proactive bounce and complaint handling via Amazon SNS notifications, Privacy Terms
and comprehensive
recipient list hygiene. © 2025, Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates.

5. Monitoring and Optimization:
- Dedicated IP ownership allows NurseLink Solutions enhanced capability to closely monitor sending metrics,
reputation scores, and proactively optimize sending practices, leading to higher-quality email delivery.

We appreciate your consideration of this request and are committed to maintaining excellent sending practices
and compliance with AWS and industry email-sending standards.

Thank you for your support.
