Instructions to Applicants
1. Print out / Copies of the following documents have to be brought compulsorily while coming for admission
counselling.
a. Counselling slip
b. +2 Internet Mark statement
c. Community Certificate (If applicable)
d. TC (Those who have collected from school must submit).
2. Candidate must report at the admission counselling venue THIRTY MINUTES before the time indicated in the
counselling slip. NO CANDIDATE SHALL BE PERMITTED INSIDE THE VENUE AFTER THE SCHEDULED
COUNSELLING TIME.
3. Candidate with CONDITIONALLY VERIFIED status are requested to report at the venue ONE HOUR before the
scheduled Counselling time.
4. Only one decision making parent will be permitted inside the Counselling venue.
5. The number of vacancies for each programme will be displayed on screen in the hall and updated immediately
after every candidate chooses the programme.
6. The candidate is required to prepare a prioritized list of preferred programmes before entering the counselling
hall, based on available seats in the respective programmes on Merit as per Community vacancy or under
Management Quota. TRANSFER OF PROGRAMMES WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
7. Selected Candidates have to pay the fees due for the Programme on the same day preferably by Online mode /
SF Office.
Fee structure:
Aided Programmes - Rs. 10,000/- per year (Approximate)
Self Financed programmes:
B Com & BBA Programmes - Rs. 50,000/- To Rs. 80,000/- per semester (Approximate)
Computer Programmes - Rs. 50,000/- To Rs. 65,000/- per semester (Approximate)
Other B Sc Programmes - Rs. 40,000/- To Rs. 60,000/- per semester (Approximate)
BA Programmes - Rs. 35,000/- To Rs. 50,000/- per semester (Approximate)
B Voc Programmes - Rs. 30,000/- To Rs. 35,000/- per semester (Approximate)
8. Call for counselling does not confer any right of admission.
9. Applicants interested in joining BA Tamil and BA English programmes can attend counselling only for those
programmes as per the communication received in mail and they cannot participate in counselling for other
programmes in that slot.
