1. For valuable consideration received, I (“Participant”) have done or will be doing the following in
connection with the event named “Here with You: BINI Homecoming” held on June 29, 2025 at SM Mall of
Asia Arena, Pasay City, Manila Philippines, which includes sponsored or branded activities (the “Event”):

a. Grant one or more interviews to ABS-CBN Corporation (“ABS-CBN”);

b. Allow my photographs or videos of myself to be furnished or taken during or in connection with
the Event and the Publication(s); or
c. Do such other similar activities or participation in the Event.

I am giving this Release in consideration for ABS-CBN allowing me to participate as a participant in the
Event, and I recognize that my signature on this Release is a condition of ABS-CBN permitting me to be a
participant in the Event and the Publications.

2. In connection with the foregoing activities or participation, I hereby consent and authorize ABS-CBN, its
successors, licensees and assigns to record, produce, use, depict, simulate, copy, distribute, broadcast,
publish, reproduce, and otherwise exploit, my name, voice and/or conversations, attributes, appearance,
style (such as clothing, tattoos, piercings, jewelry), actions, likeness, images, performance, participation,
biographical material, photographs, pictures, portraits, films, videos, and recordings (collectively, “Personal
Portrayal”), in any and all forms, as part of the Publication(s), for any and all purposes whatsoever, including
but not limited to promotion, advertising, publicity, merchandising, sponsorship, broadcasting or publication,
by any medium, including print, television, radio, recording, the internet, and any other media that may be
developed or created in the future, throughout the universe in perpetuity.

3. I hereby assign to ABS-CBN all right, title and interest, including any copyright, in my Personal Portrayal
given, taken or otherwise used in connection with Event and the Publication(s). I agree that such shall
become the sole property of ABS-CBN.

4. ABS-CBN shall have full and complete rights to, and/or allow others to use, license, copy, publish,
distribute, broadcast, exhibit and otherwise exploit my Personal Portrayal in such manner as ABS-CBN
shall desire, in all media in the entire universe in perpetuity, and further that ABS-CBN shall be granted
and assigned full and complete rights to my Personal Portrayal, including any rights of copyright I may have
therein, such that ABS-CBN may, and/or allow others to, freely use, license, copy, publish, distribute,
broadcast, exhibit and otherwise exploit such Personal Portrayal in all media in the entire universe in
perpetuity. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I hereby assign absolutely to ABS-CBN any and
all such copyright, performer’s rights and any related rights whatsoever and any and all moral or related
rights which I may have in such Personal Portrayal are hereby freely waived.

5. I understand that ABS-CBN shall have the right to edit, modify, add to and/or delete material, juxtapose
any part of the Publication(s) (and/or my Personal Portrayal) with any other production, content or material,
change the sequence of events or of any questions posed and/or answers given, fictionalize persons or
events and make any other change in connection with the Publication(s) and/or my Personal Portrayal that
ABS-CBN deems appropriate; it being understood that the Publication(s) or any derivative works thereof
may contain factual and/or fictional scenes, action, and dialogue.
6. My Personal Portrayal does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third parties, including, without
limitation, any intellectual property rights and rights of publicity and/or privacy. In any case, I have secured,
or will secure all rights, including, without limitation, synchronization rights necessary for ABS-CBN to freely
and fully exercise the rights granted under this Release.

7. I acknowledge that I have been told that my participation in the Event and the Publication(s) may include
disclosure of information that may be of a personal and/private nature concerning me and/or my family,
friends, and others. Accordingly, I acknowledge that my participation in the Event and the Publication(s)
may potentially expose me to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. I understand and agree that my
Personal Portrayal as displayed in the Publication(s), may be disparaging, embarrassing, or of an otherwise
unfavorable nature and may expose me and/or my family, friends, and others to public ridicule, humiliation,
or condemnation. I am voluntarily participating in the Event and the Publication(s) and related activities and
willingly and voluntarily assume the risks involved and acknowledge that the waivers and releases in this
release expressly apply to these risks and to any and all consequences of these risks.

8. Except as ABS-CBN may direct or approve in each instance, I will not myself, or authorize others to, (a)
advertise, promote or and/or disclose my participation, or (b) use or disclose any information about the
Event and the Publication(s)e, and/or trade secrets and/or proprietary information of ABS-CBN (or any of
its affiliates), that I learn as a result of my participation. I agree to keep and retain in the strictest confidence
all information, communications and materials disclosed to or in any manner obtained by me concerning
or relating to the Event and the Publication(s), including, without limitation, any information concerning or
relating to the recording of my Personal Portrayal.

9. I hereby release ABS-CBN, its directors, officers, stockholders, employees, licensees and assigns from
any and all claims which I have or may have for invasion of privacy or right of publicity, libel, defamation or
any other cause of action arising from the production, duplication, distribution, broadcast, exhibition or other
exploitation, of the Publication(s) and/or my Personal Portrayal. I shall further indemnify and hold ABS-
CBN harmless against any liability to or claims from any third party in connection with my Personal
Portrayal. I shall have no right to enjoin the development, production, distribution, use, or other exploitation
of the Publication(s).

10. I hereby acknowledge and agree that the rights granted herein shall exclusively pertain to ABS-CBN
and I shall not knowingly grant or authorize any other person or entity any of said rights.

11. I hereby warrant that I am of full legal age (if above eighteen (18) years of age) and capacity and have
every right to contract in my own name; that I have read the above authorization and release prior to its
execution and that I am fully familiar with its contents.

Consent and I hereby agree that we shall both be bound thereby.

CONSENT FOR THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I give consent to ABS-CBN’s (“ABS-CBN”) ’s collection, use, disclosure, sharing, retention, and otherwise
processing of my personal information, including my name, birth month and birth year, photos and videos
and hand-written signature (collectively, “Personal Data”) for the purpose my signing of an Appearance
Release in connection with my participation in the HERE WITH YOU: BINI HOMECOMING held on June
29, 2025 at SM MALL OF ASIA ARENA, PASAY CITY, PHILIPPINES. I understand that my Personal
Data shall be handled and processed only by authorized ABS-CBN personnel as reasonably necessary for
and related to the fulfilment of the purpose for which such Personal Data has been collected. I also
understand that ABS-CBN shall retain my Personal Data only for such period necessary to implement and
fulfil the described purpose. I further understand that ABS-CBN secures my Personal Data in a controlled,
secure environment protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. I affirm my right to be
informed, object to processing, access and rectify, erase or block, suspend, or withdraw my Personal
Data, and be indemnified in case of damages, pursuant to Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the
Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. I acknowledge that should I have
questions or concerns in regard to the processing of my Personal Data, I may contact ABS-CBN’s Data
Protection Officer at [email protected].

I have read and fully understand this Consent, and consent to the processing of my Personal Data by ABS-
CBN for the described purposes. I also understand that my consent does not prevent the existence of other
criteria for lawful processing of personal data and does not waive any of my rights under Republic Act No.
10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
