Instruction Manual

UBackup Flash Drive

Download the App by scanning the QR code
Product Description
1. For iPhone/iPad, you need to download the free app "UBackup",
you can search for it in the App Store or scan the QR code to
download it.

2. The usb storage flash drive is only compatible with Android phones
that have the OTG function. You can find the external USB storage in
the "File Manager" app on your phone. If your phone doesn't work,
you need to open the phone settings to enable the OTG connection.

3. With a lightning connector on one end and a USB connector on the

other, it allows you to synchronize photos, videos, music and files
between your iPhone, iPad, PC and Mac computers, thus getting rid
of data cables and iTunes and iCloud, and letting you easily switch
between devices to transfer data.

4. If you've used iCloud to back up files before, you'll need to

download the files from iCloud to your iPhone iPad's local storage
and then copy them to a usb flash drive.

5. You cannot transfer or view media files downloaded from iTunes or

other third-party applications because they are protected by digital
rights management.

6. The phone case may prevent the proper connection between a

phone and a usb flash drive, which could result in the phone being
unable to recognize the USB flash drive. In this situation, please do
not conclude that the usb flash drive cannot be used, remove the
phone case and try again.
7. If the usb flash drive is not recognized by the Phone after it is
plugged, please try to plug it several times, or try to plug the front
and back of the usb flash drive. If the usb flash drive still cannot be
recognized, please try the following steps: Exit all apps in the
background of the Phone Uninstall UBackup Turn off Phone for a
minute and then turn it on Search ''UBackup'' in the App Store and
download Try to plug the usb flash drive. ( It is like a computer
system, and if left on for a long time, it can cause the system to crash
or get stuck, making it hard to recognize usb sticks)

8. For small-capacity lightning flash drives that have better

compatibility, the preferred format is FAT32. For large-capacity USB
flash drives, it is recommended to use exFAT format. If the photo
storage device is unable to transfer files, you can convert the format
from FAT32 to exFAT by formatting. However, remember to save the
files before formatting to prevent data loss.

9.After using the photo stick, ensure that you turn off any apps
related to the iphone thumb drive and gently unplug the usb jump
drive to prevent any damage to the files stored on it.
