NOTIFICATION

In pursuance of order of the Hon'ble High Court passed in CWP No.

10479/2025 titled as Vijay Kumar Vs. State of H.P. & ors. & COPC No. 709 of 2025, the

Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order the adjustment of Sh. Vijay Kumar, Principal

who is under order of transfer from GSSS Haripur Distt. Kangra to GSSS Tangnu Distt. Shimla

vide Notif-ication ot` even number dated 24.06.2025, at GSSS Rajal Distt. Kangra, against

vacancy.

The above mentioned Principal is directed to join his duties and send joiniiig

report to this Department through proper channel.
