• All projects contain 3D-make parts, Assembly & customers sheet metal car panels.
• We use to get 3D-sheet metal car panel models from clients, 3D files will be in the form of Nx.8, Catia-V5.
• The information for BIW designing for sheet metal car panels will be provided by the client as per their
standards & requirements. Ergonomic information will be considered.
• We design the BIW fixtures & detailing has to done for all make parts for manufacturing after getting the
final approval for the 3D-design from client.
• Finally, we will do the Deliverables as per customer requirements, deliverables in the form of files Nx.8-part

Description : This gripper will be attached to the Robot arm. The function of this Assy model is to pick the sheet
metal car panel from the welding station and place on the gripper stand. Another gripper will take the panel from the

Description : This is an actuator Assy. It contains more than 50 aluminum components & 2 strong artificial magnates.
As per customer information this actuator is used to rotate the mirror in the TMT telescope. We have done the mfg.
material treatment, assembled & inspected by IIAP QC in working condition.
2) Project Name: - Rear Shell, Front Cone, Middle Cone.
Customer : Bharat Dynamic Limited, Vizag (BDL).
Description : These 3 components are body parts of a missile. Aluminum material, material treatment before mfg. &
chemical treatment after mfg. has done. Pressure testing has done to find porosity in the wall of the component.
