Development of an IoT-Based System for Monitoring Electrical Consumption in Rural

Areas

Because of ever increasing of electric bills specially on rural areas, a type of system that
monitor electrical consumption will help in assessing and fixing future problems like faulty
wiring that causes your electric bills to skyrocket and fix those faulty wiring in the future, and
will able to lessen down energy consumption and conserve energy.

Objective: To create an IoT-based system for real-time electricity monitoring.

Scope: System design, hardware-software integration, and field testing.

Significance: Enhances monitoring accuracy and promotes energy conservation.
