Course Description
Rationale: This course covers the relevant concepts in problem solving and
decision making encountered by the educators in the workplace. For more meaningful
learning of aforementioned topics, students analyse case studies, conducted simple
research on the existing school related issues and participation in different interactive
activities.

Focus: The course focus on a school issue, problem or area of collective interest,
towards developing a strong relationship with the learners even parents and other
members of the academe and at the same time help improve teachers teaching
strategies.

Learning Outcomes:

 identify the problems encountered at the workplace, specifically with the


administration as well as the instructional environment
 discuss some legal bases in decision making - agree on a working definition of
globalization for the course
 identify the areas needed in educational finance to assure the delivery of
quality education to its target clientele
