1. Go to Website address https://ashraya.karnataka.gov.in in this select heading named “1
lakh multi-storeyed Bangalore Housing”.
2. There will be two options under submission of Online Application:
a. General Public: This option is for those applicants, who wish to purchase the
flat within his/her Residing or outside the Constituency.
b. Assembly Constituency: This option is for those applicants, who wish to
purchase the flat within his/her Constituency.
3. Select Constituency name and Bangalore urban/ Rural.
4. Mention the Zone, Ward Numbers and enter the Present address with Pin code, then click
on proceed button.
5. Enter the Aadhar Number, name as per Aadhar then click on proceed Button.
6. If Aadhar and name matches then the ration card number auto generated in the ration card
number text box.
7. Once Ration Card number generated, family member’s details will be displayed on the
screen. You have to select the particular member from the displayed list in whose name
the application is to be filled.
8. Enter the applicant’s details in the respected fields as shown (Father Name/Spouse Name,
Gender, Date of Birth, and Marital Status, working Mobile Number, Religion, and
Category).
9. Mention the caste RD number and Income RD number. Then click on proceed Button.
10. In case the applicant claiming reservation under particular category, then mention the
details pertaining to that particular selection.
11. Select the period of residing in Bangalore and enter the Residential Certificate RD
number and click on proceed button.
12. Enter the bank details of applicant.
13. Enter the employment status and click on save button.
14. Before clicking on save button please verify the details mentioned above are correct.
15. The applicant will receive an OTP from the mentioned Mobile number in the application.
16. The applicant will receive a message from RGHCL regarding the application status.
17. After entering OTP the page will redirect to generation of challan or online payment.
