Basic Rules & Guidelines
1) Events are divided into 2 section (Middle – Class VI to VIII and Senior – Class IX to
XII)
2) Entries received directly from school shall only be entertained. No entries will be
taken on spot at the venue on event day.
3) We will provide an excel sheet or access of website link to school authorities in
which participating studentsdetail must be filled.
4) Entries received through excel sheet shall only be entertained. Last date of
registration is 25th August 2025
5) There will be 3 categories of prizes 1st, 2nd & 3rd for each event in respective sections.
6) Participants must report at the venue 30min prior schedule start time of competition.
7) Student participating in multiple events must check the time table of events in order
to avoid time clash between their respective events.
8) Students must attend the event in their school uniform (Except Dance Participants)
9) Organizing committee will decide the course of action in case of any dispute and
committee/jury decision will be final decision.
10) “School of the School” award will be decided on the basis of maximum event
participation, student discipline at venue and maximum winners from the school.

EVENT WISE GUIDELINE
1. Shine Tank 2025 (Senior Section Only)
“Classroom to Boardroom”
1 TEAM FROM EACH SCHOOL COMPRISING OF MIN 2 AND MAX 5 MEMBERS
• You have to come-up with creative business ideas with execution road map.
• Presentation will be done though PPT maximum 10 slides including title and thank you slide.
• Each team will be given 8 min for presentation and 2 min for Q & A by jury members.
Slide Content Order
1. Welcome & Introduction – Team name, members, catchy opening.
2. Problem Statement – Clearly define the issue in simple words.
3. Why It Matters – Explain the real-life impact with relatable examples or stats.
4. Solution Overview – Short and clear description of your idea.
5. Roadmap – Steps/timeline for execution.
6. Financial Model – Basic costs, funding sources, and expected results.
7. Target Audience – Who benefits and how.
8. Team Roles & Responsibilities – Member names and roles.
9. Impact & Future Scope – Benefits and long-term potential.
10. Thank You & Q&A – Invite questions.
Design & Delivery Tips
● Keep text short – use bullet points, not paragraphs.
● Use large, clear fonts (minimum 20pt).
● Add relevant visuals (images, icons, charts) for engagement.
● Maintain consistent color theme & font style.
● Avoid clutter – 1 main idea per slide.
● Practice timing to ensure you stay within the limit.
● Each team member should speak at least once.
Evaluation Criteria
1. Problem Clarity & Relevance (20%) – How clearly the problem is defined and its
importance.
2. Innovation & Feasibility (25%) – Uniqueness of the idea and practicality of
implementation.
3. Execution Plan & Financial Model (20%) – Clear roadmap, realistic costs, and
sustainability.
4. Impact & Target Audience (15%) – Potential benefits and correct identification of
beneficiaries.
5. Presentation & Teamwork (20%) – Slide design, delivery skills, equal participation, and
Q&A handling.

2. Group Discussion (Senior Section only)
MAXIMUM-2 STUDENTS FROM EACH SCHOOL
• In the preliminary round we will have a Group Discussion among students.
• Students shortlisted from preliminary round will have a group discussion in the Final
Round
• Topics of Group Discussion will be Given on spot
• In Each GD students will be given 2 min on spot to prepare and the Group discussion will take
place for 10 min
• Use of Electronic/Mobile/Tabs not allowed.
3. Mathematical Aptitude (Middle & Senior Sections)
MAXIMUM STUDENTS FROM EACH SECTION MIDDLE-2, SENIOR-2
• There will be Preliminary MCQ round
• Shortlisted students from Preliminary round will have second and final
round which will be MCQ again.
• Use of Electronic/Mobile/Tabs not allowed
4. Debate (Middle Section only)
MAXIMUM 2 STUDENTS FROM EACH SCHOOL MIDDLE-2
• The topic of debate will be any one of these 4 topic
I. *Is crypto currency a threat to the traditional financial system?
II. *Is nuclear deterrence a valid national security strategy?
III. *Is the world phase out fossil fuels completely by 2050?
IV. *Is the Influencers or Innovators – Who are shaping our youth?
• First round will be for and against the Debate
• Each student has to prepare for and against the topic both.
• Final round will be rebuttal round among shortlisted students from 1st
round
5. Open Your Mind (Senior Only)
MAXIMUM STUDENT FROM EACH SCHOOL-4
• First round will be written round
• a situation will be given to students and they have to come up with a
solution
• Final round will be a case study round among shortlisted students from first round.
• Use of Electronic/Mobile/Tabs not allowed

6. Quiz (Middle & Senior Sections)
MAXIMUM 1-1 TEAM OF 2 MEMBERS, FROM EACH GROUP & EACH SCHOOL
MIDDLE -1(2MEMBERS), SENIOR -1(2 MEMBERS)
• First round of elimination will be MCQ
• Second round will be played among shortlisted team from 1st round which will be
conducted by quiz master.
• Use of Electronic/Mobile/Tabs not allowed
7. Rubiks Cube (by Cubelelo.com) (Middle & Senior Section)
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF STUDENT FROM EACH SCHOOL MIDDLE -3, SENIOR-3
• 3x3 Cubes will be provided by us. Own cube not allowed.
• There will be 2 rounds, Elimination and Final.
• All round winners will be decided on time criterion.
8. Group Dance (Senior & Middle)
NUMBER OF TEAM FROM EACH SCHOOL- 2
MIDDLE - 1 (MAXIMUM STUDENTS - 14)
SENIOR - 1 (MAXIMUM STUDENTS - 14)
• Maximum Time allowed: 3 Minutes For Each Group.
• Negative marking in case time limit exceeds.
• Students shall bring the song in the Pen drive in which they are going to perform.
• Use of props that are considered dangerous, messy or could cause potential harm or disruptions
such as dry colours, weapons, sharp objects, flower petals and materials which could leave
residue on stage is strictly prohibited.
9. Drawing (Middle Section Only)
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF STUDENT FROM EACH SCHOOL MIDDLE -3
• Drawing sheet will be provided by the Organizers.
• Use of Oil, Water & Pastel colors only allowed.
• Students need to bring their own colors.
• Painting theme will be “Operation Sindoor”. Duration - 60 Mins.
10. Chess (by ChessShala) (Middle & Senior Sections)
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF STUDENT FROM EACH SCHOOL SENIOR-3, MIDDLE -3
• Games will be played as per international rules.
• It will be a knockout tournament.
• Arbiter’s decision will be final.
• Use of Electronic/Mobile/Tabs not allowed.

11. Rock the Band (Open for middle and senior sections combined)
MAXIMUM 1 TEAM FROM EACH SCHOOL COMPRISING OF MIN 2 AND MAX 7 MEMBERS
• Students have to bring their own musical instruments
• Time limit for each performance will 4 minutes.
• Band will be given additional time of 3 minutes to tune their instruments.
• Students must bring instruments which do not need extra time for tuning.
• Judgment will be given based on music, singing will be not considered for judgment.
12. Secret Superstar (Middle & Senior Section)
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF STUDENT FROM EACH SCHOOL SENIOR-1, MIDDLE -1
• It is a solo singing competition only, no chorus is allowed.
• Students have to bring their own musical instrument/karaoke track for
background music.
• Max time limit of each performance will be 3 minutes.
