A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE RELEASE OF FUNDS AMOUNTING TO PHP 30,000.00 FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF THE WATER SYSTEM IN PUROK 11, BARANGAY AFGA, SIBAGAT, AGUSAN DEL SUR,
AND FACILITATING ITS IMPLEMENTATION.

WHEREAS, access to clean and reliable water is essential for the health, well-being, and daily needs of
the residents of Barangay Afga, especially in Purok 11;
WHEREAS, the existing water system in Purok 11 requires improvement to ensure a consistent and
adequate supply of water for the community;
WHEREAS, an amount of Php 30,000.00 has been duly allocated in the Barangay Development Fund for
the fiscal year 2025 for the improvement of the water system in Purok 11;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Council is committed to ensuring the prompt and proper implementation of
this project to benefit the residents of Purok 11;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Dexter I. Ole , duly seconded by the members of the Barangay
Council,
BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Barangay Council of Barangay Afga, Sibagat, Agusan del
Sur, in session duly assembled, to request the release of funds amounting to Php 30,000.00 for the
improvement of the water system in Purok 11 and to facilitate its immediate implementation;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution be furnished to the Municipal Mayor of Sibagat, the Municipal
Accountant, and other concerned offices for their information and appropriate action.
