 Greet the trainees
 Roll call of the attendance First, I would like to welcome each and every one. I am
 Explain purpose of RPL and ALJON F. BALANAG, your facilitator/ trainer in Driving NC II.
Learner’s characteristics
Second, I would like to thank you for choosing TESDA
LEARNING RESOURCE AREA Training Center- General Santos City as your training
venue.

Before we go on let me first check the attendance. As I call

This time, I am going to administer the pre-assessment tools


for you to fill-up. The purpose of these pre-assessment tools
are to:
• To determine the trainee’s characteristics of each on of

• To recognize prior learning
• To determine training needs

 Self-Assessment Check- Recognition of current


competencies and determining your training needs

Evaluate accomplished Pre- assessment tools


Based on the result of your Self- Assessment Checklist, you
have prior knowledge on UC# name. This time I am going to
validate your current competencies and recognize your prior
learning. Let’s proceed to the Institutional Assessment
Area.

INSTITUTIONAL ASSESSMENT Any of the TWO:

 Provide feedback on the Recognizing Prior Learning/ Current Competency through
Pre-assessment tool checking the monitoring tools (Achievement Chart/ Progress
Chart)

 Orient the trainees for the Present POWERPOINT PRESENTATION

o Explain 3 principles and then the rest just read
only.
o Take note that the power point presentation will
end up on the shop layout

NOTE: After your PowerPoint presentation, turn off your


slideshow presentation/ TV

 Tour the trainees to all the This time, we will all go around for you to familiarize
learning areas yourselves with the different areas in the training center. It is
very important that you are very familiar and acquainted with
the different areas so that as you go along with your training
you will know where to go.

Method. Emphasize areas for improvement and make your
feedback based on the actual performance of your trainee
during written, demo and oral questioning.

NATIONAL COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT

Since you have completed all the units of competency in


HEALTH CARE SERVICES NC II, therefore you are now ready
to take the National Competency Assessment. Please go the
nearest Competency Assessment Center of Health Care
Services NC II, please bring 2pcs. Passport Size (White
Background with Collar), please fill- up the Application Form
and also the payment for the Assessment Fees.
Once again congratulations, trainee!
Before you go I have here the Evaluation Form, please fill up
the evaluation form based on your honest evaluation. The
purpose of this evaluation form is for me to improve my training
and facilities, resources for areas of improvement in the future
trainings.
