Course Description:
This course provides an in-depth understanding of procurement management and contract
administration within the framework of project management. It covers essential concepts,
practices, and ethical considerations vital for successful project delivery. Through case studies,
articles, and multimedia resources, students will explore real-world applications of procurement
strategies and contract management.
Course Objectives:
