Here's an example of a daily routine in the simple present tense:

Example 2

I wake up at 6:00 AM every morning. I usually take a quick shower and get dressed. Then, I
make myself a cup of coffee and have breakfast.
After breakfast, I check my emails and messages for any important updates. Then, I leave for
work at around 8:00 AM.
At work, I typically attend meetings, answer emails, and complete any assigned tasks. I take a
lunch break at noon and eat at the cafeteria or bring my own food from home.

After work, I either exercise or do things like buy groceries or pick up clothes. Then, I go back
home, make dinner, and hang out with my family.

In each meal you have to say what do you have for the meal, for example for breakfast I usually
have orange juice, scramble egg, arepa, coffee and bread, also I have some fruits. (For lunch I
usually or sometimes )have … and for dinner…

Example 2

I wake up every morning between 5 and 6 am. I usually have a cup of coffee, open my computer,
and check the news. After that, I read a chapter of a book. Later, I prepare breakfast for my
family and have breakfast before going to the gym.
After coming back home from the gym, I take a shower and get ready to go to work. At 12 pm, I
have lunch and go to work. I usually work between 1 pm and 8:30 pm. At work, I answer emails,
prepare classes, teach, and attend some meetings.
When I finish work, I go back home, prepare dinner, and spend some time with my family. Then,
I read a book before going to bed around 11 pm.

Example 3

I wake up at 5:00 am and start my day with a 30-minute jog around my neighborhood. After
my jog, I take a shower, brush my teeth, and get dressed for the day.
At 6:00 am, I prepare a healthy breakfast consisting of oatmeal, fresh fruit, and green tea. While
I eat, I spend 30 minutes reading the news and catching up on emails.
At 7:00 am, I commute to work via public transportation. I arrive at the office at 8:00 am and
begin preparing for the day ahead.
I start teaching at 9:00 am and continue until 12:00 pm. During my break, I grab a quick lunch
and catch up with my colleagues.
From 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, I attend meetings and work on administrative tasks. Then, from 3:00
pm to 5:00 pm, I work on planning my upcoming lessons.
After work, I either go to the gym for a workout or attend a yoga class. Then, I go back home
and prepare dinner while listening to music or a podcast.
After dinner, I spend some time reading a book or watching a movie with my family. Before
going to bed, I take a few minutes to reflect on my day and plan for the next one. Finally, I go to
bed at around 10:00 pm to get enough rest for the following day.
