1 PROCESS NOTES
2 P1. DELETED
3 P2. Operating pressure is estimated considering hydraulic calculation of HPC Lean Pump (9671B1001/1002/1003).
4 P3. Construction refuses, debris, scale & suspended particulate matter.
5 P4. Filter is installed on a slip stream of main Lean Solution line from HPC Lean Pumps discharge. Flowrate is constant and regulated by dedicated
6 flow control valve. Eventual overdesign on flowrate to be confirmed by Client

7 P5. Filter element material : Polypropylene or Cellulose.

8 P6. Alternative design conditions: steam out conditions HALF Vacuum @ 135.8°C. Applicable for filter housing only. 02
9 P7. Normal operating conditions of LP Steam.
10 P8. Spare cartridges to be provided in warehouse. (H2)

11 P9. Temperature of -30°C will never be experienced during normal operation. Anyway the filter shall be designed to withstand -30°C that is the
12 minimum ambient temperature due to transportation and storage during construction phase.

13 P10. Electrical Tracing to be foreseen to keep 50°C. Minimum heat input required is 200 W 02
14 P11 CS with SS clad material is considered as acceptable alternative material 02
15 P12 Expected chloride content should be less tha 10 ppmw; this value may rise to a range of 800-2000 ppmw, depending on process contaminant 02

1 MECHANICAL NOTES
2 M1 All documents shall be in English Language. All the dimensions are in SI system of units unless specified otherwise.
3 M2 Filter shall be designed and fabricated in accordance with EN13445, Swedish Regulations and Standards, pressure equipment directive
4 (PED) 2014/68/EU and all referenced specifications and standards.
5 M3 The design pressure for each pressure retaining component shall include any static pressure from maximum anticipated operating liquid level and
6 shall include any pressure drop across any internals.
7 M4 Nozzle projection is measured from centreline of vessel to face of flange for nozzles on shell. For nozzle on head, projection is referred from
8 TL to face of flange. Nozzle elevations are measured from B.T.L. EL + 0,0
9 M5 Nozzle bolt holes shall straddle vertical/North-South centrelines of vessel.
10 M6 Manway/Hanway (Including any blind flanges) Flange dimensions and facing shall be in accordance with SS-EN 1092-1
11 M7 Manway/Hanway (Including any blind flanges) Gaskets shall be in accordance with SS-EN 1514-2
12 M8 Manway/Hanway (including any blind flanges) Flange bolting shall be in accordance with SS-EN 1515 / SS-EN 10269
13 M9 All the thickness shown on this document shall be considered the minimum after forming and do not consider any execution or construction
14 tolerance. It is Vendor's responsibility to perform mechanical calculation for all parts in accordance with reference code(s), specifications
