menu (including modifications). Permission of Chief Warden/Warden & HEC members required in writing for the
above. Further, in special/rare cases due to Wholesale/Retail market factors outside the control of the contractor, the
contractor may request to use alternate brands for one or two meals on emergency basis with the permission of
CW/Warden & HEC in written.
