2. CASH: Comments on
a. Comments on tallying of Physical cash with
the Cash register report Menu: HMISRPT
b. Entry to cash cabins.
c. Movement of cash is to be regulated as to meet
the average requirements.
d. Cash taken out as well as kept in the double lock
are immediately recorded in prescribed cash
registers duly signed by the persons handing over
and taking custody.
e. Cut notes/ soiled notes/ sorted notes
verification and tallying it.
f. Verification of Cash Register.
g. Whether any instance of one official holding both
the keys is noticed.
3 INSPECTION/ AUDIT/ INTERNAL CONTROLS:
a. Comment on transactions in Office Accounts
b. Outstanding entries under SA/ SL/ BA and
interest paid/ collection accounts. (No of
entries, o/s amt and reconciled up to which
date to be furnished)
c. Debits made to SA/ SL/ BA and interest paid/
collection accounts to be cross verified. (Proper
vouchers / permissions from comp etent
authority to be verified).
d. Whether Branch is using cheque for third party
transaction or not. If no, details of such
instances.

transfer through NEFT/ RTGS?

signed by both key holders?

5 STAFF MATTERS:
a. Comments on large credit / withdrawals in staff
accounts - Scrutinize transactions in staff
accounts for the past 9 months.
b. Last date of such scrutiny.
c. Instance of leave not availed by any employee
during one year
d. Details of employees working in the branch for
more than 3 years.
6 TECH BANKING:
a. Net Banking: Compliance of guidelines for
creating net banking for corporate
accounts/Individual.
b. Comment on mobile number updating in
accounts.
c. Branch has obtain ed whether request
application/Form/letter for change of registered
mobile number .
7 GENERAL MATTERS:
a. Whether Biometric login is implemented in the
branch as per extant guidelines. (Any deviation
to be reported)
b. Any instance of Password sharing noticed .
c. Any serious customer complaint.
d. Any instance of Fraud detected (if any,
inspection conducting Officer to comment on
reporting of the same as per extant guidelines).
