ABSTRACT
This report encapsulates the comprehensive learning journey through active participation in the AICTE
Activity Point Programme, undertaken between 2021 and 2025. The activities covered a wide range of
domains including technical education, community service, environmental sustainability, healthcare
awareness, and event management. Through participation in workshops, internships, social drives, and
cultural fests, the program fostered both technical acumen and social consciousness.
Notable engagements included volunteering at national symposiums, health awareness camps, and a
government research organization (DRDO). These experiences not only strengthened subject-matter
expertise in computer science but also cultivated critical soft skills like leadership, teamwork, ethical
responsibility, and civic engagement. This report provides a detailed overview of the activities,
technologies used, best practices aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the
professional growth achieved.
`
Chapter - 1
Introduction
This report documents the various extracurricular and co-curricular activities undertaken during the
academic years 2021-2025. These activities encompass a diverse range of experiences, including
technical workshops, symposium volunteering, social service initiatives, etc
Participation in these activities has significantly contributed to the holistic development of professional
skills, teamwork abilities, leadership qualities, and social responsibility awareness.
Technical and Cultural Event Participation: I actively participated in BMS College of Engineering’s
flagship cultural fest, Utsav-Envisage, engaging in a diverse set of events such as “Vistaar” (2022),
“Cadenza” (2022), “Mirage” (2023), “Duo Dash”, “Exit Strategy”, “Fly-in Fiesta”, and “Prathidhwani”
(2024). These experiences allowed me to explore creative problem-solving, team collaboration, and
out-of-the-box thinking. I also took the stage in “Last Actor Standing,” where I honed my performance
and public speaking skills.
Event Management and Leadership: I served as the Event Coordinator for “Battle of Bands” and
“LiveWire 2.0” during Utsav 2024, where I led teams in organizing and executing large-scale cultural
events. Additionally, I took on the role of Club Coordinator for Ninaad from August 2023 to August
2024. These roles strengthened my leadership, planning, and communication abilities while giving me
hands-on experience in managing people and logistics under pressure.
Internship and Industry Engagement: From May to August 2024, I interned at Corvid India Pvt Ltd,
where I applied my technical knowledge to real-world projects. This experience exposed me to industry
practices, software development workflows, and collaborative engineering, helping me bridge the gap
between academic theory and professional application.
`
Cultural Expression and Team Participation: I explored my creative side through various cultural
performances, including “Prathidhwani” in Utsav 2024, which allowed me to collaborate with peers,
express myself artistically, and contribute to a vibrant student community. These experiences helped
me develop a well-rounded personality and a strong sense of teamwork.
NSS special camp : During the NSS special camp, we collaborated with a local school to support its
educational and cleanliness initiatives. We helped clean and organize the school premises, creating a
more welcoming environment for students. Our team conducted awareness sessions on hygiene and the
importance of education for school children. We painted classrooms and planted saplings to enhance
the school’s surroundings. The experience allowed us to connect with students and contribute
meaningfully to the school community.

2.4 Mentor -
2.4.1 Overview:
The DSA Mentorship Camp was a month-long initiative aimed at strengthening the foundations of Data
Structures and Algorithms (DSA) for junior students. As a mentor, I led over 24 hours of interactive
live sessions, including structured lessons, hands-on problem-solving, and regular doubt-clearing
meetings. The camp was designed to provide a comprehensive learning path, covering both conceptual
clarity and practical applications to help students prepare for technical interviews and competitive
programming.
2.4.2 Use of Technology:
We leveraged collaborative platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet for live teaching, and used shared
coding environments like Replit and GitHub for real-time demonstrations and code reviews. A
dedicated Discord server was created to manage discussions, provide resources, and host asynchronous
doubt-solving channels. These tools ensured accessibility, seamless communication, and effective
engagement throughout the duration of the camp.

2.5 Participant
2.5.1 Overview:
I had the privilege of representing my college at the 2024 ICPC Asia Chennai Regional Contest, held
at IIITDM Kancheepuram on December 14–15, 2024. As part of a three-member team, we tackled a

To coordinate our efforts, we utilized digital platforms such as WhatsApp for communication and
Google Maps for identifying and navigating to plantation sites. We also documented the growth and
health of the saplings using mobile photography, enabling us to monitor their progress over time.
`
Sustainable Development Best Practices:
The Green Sundays initiative aligns with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including
SDG 13 (Climate Action) and SDG 15 (Life on Land). By increasing urban green spaces, the program
helps in carbon sequestration, reduces urban heat islands, and promotes biodiversity. Our activities
emphasized the importance of community involvement in environmental conservation, fostering a
sense of responsibility and stewardship towards nature among participant
2.7 Social
2.7.1Overview:
During my internship at Cognition social innovation and research center, Food preservation refers to
the process of treating and handling food to stop or slow down spoilage, loss of quality, and nutritional
value. Why it matters for sustainability Preserving food reduces waste, conserves resources used in
food production (like water, energy, and labor), and supports food security.
2.7.2: Sustainable Development Best Practices:
Sustainable development aims to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability
of future generations to meet their own needs. Practices like food preservation and cleanliness
drives under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan contribute significantly to this goal by promoting
