I am Jerome G. Amigo, a third-year law student at San Pablo Colleges. In line with A.M. No.
19-03-24-SC, as promulgated by the Supreme Court of the Philippines in July 2019, I respectfully submit
my application to render my required hours as a Law Student Practitioner (Level 1 Certification) with
your esteemed court.

I have completed the necessary academic requirements that qualify me to serve as a Law Student
