of Phinma Araullo university the first task i did today is to assist students 8hrs
in their concerned like on how to apply HK scholarship, how to enroll and 8am-5pm

how much the tuition in every Course. The second one is assisting student

in their enrollment by validating their information if there is anything
wrong before they proceed to payment to make sure everything will be ok
and settle to avoid error in their enrollment process.

Hello today is Tuesday as an OJT student, I assisted students with


enrollment, responding to inquiries and resolving issues. I gained hands-
on experience with registration procedures, course selection, and
June 24, 2025 documentation requirements. Under supervision, I provided guidance and 8hrs
Tuesday support to students, ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. I developed 8am-5pm
communication skills and patience. The experience helped me understand
the importance of attention to detail and efficient processes in student
enrollment. I received positive feedback from students and supervisors,
and I'm confident in my ability to assist with enrollment tasks in the future.
Skills learned will be valuable in my future career.

Hi today is wednesday my duty is in the office I performed various office


duties, including responding to emails, and managing documents. I
assisted with data entry, filing, and photocopying, ensuring office tasks
were completed efficiently. I observed and learned from experienced staff, 7hrs
June 25, 2025 gaining insights into office operations and procedures. I developed 8am-4pm
Wednesday organizational and communication skills, and understood the importance
of attention to detail and teamwork. The experience provided valuable
hands-on learning, preparing me for future office roles. I received positive
feedback from supervisors, and I'm confident in my ability to apply learned
skills in a professional setting.

Today is thursday Fourt day of my ojt, During my OJT, I handled


administrative tasks and document management while gaining exposure to

collaborative approaches, which broadened my understanding of

Hi today is June 30, As part of my office duty, I assisted students with


various concerns, providing guidance and support. I responded to 8hrs
inquiries, resolved issues as much I know and I can, and offered solutions. I 8am-5pm
June 30,2025 developed strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving
Monday abilities. Students' concerns ranged from academic to administrative, and I
ensured that each issue was addressed efficiently . I received positive
feedback from students and supervisors. The experience was valuable and
enriching.

Today is Tuesday, I performed office duties and simple encoding tasks


again, gaining hands-on experience in data entry, document management,
and administrative tasks. I learned to accurately encode information,

Tuesday supervision, I applied these skills, receiving positive feedback on my 8am-5pm
encoding accuracy and attention to detail. The experience enhanced my
typing skills, understanding of office operations, and ability to work
independently. I'm confident in applying these skills in future roles, and I
appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow in a professional setting.

Sir Erwin and I conducted field visits to AU's partner schools in Talavera,
Sto Domingo, Guimba, and Cuyapo to extend invitations for career
orientation. We met with school administrators and Principals, discussing
potential collaboration opportunities. The visits aimed to promote AU's 8hrs
July 02, 2025 programs and provide guidance on career paths. We delivered invitations 8am-5pm
Wednesday and discussed logistics for upcoming career orientation events. The visits
were productive, with positive responses from the schools.we are
confident that these partnerships will benefit students and enhance their
career prospects. Follow-up actions will be taken to finalize event details
and ensure successful collaborations.

Hi For today’s happening, I performed office duties again and again and
assisted in creating a welcome video for freshmen. I helped with

Thursday trimming clips, adding transitions, and applying effects. The video aimed to 8am-5pm
engage freshmen and provide essential information. I ensured the video
was visually appealing and easy to understand. The experience was
productive, and I'm confident in my ability to create simple videos and
support office operations. I'm excited to develop my skills further and
contribute to future projects. The experience was valuable and insightful.
