ROUTER MACHINING PROCEDURE – ASIA ROBOTICS

1. Connect the equipment to 220v


2. Remove emergency stop (Red button – Turn clockwise)
3. Turn on the equipment (Press–green button)
4. Accept Home option (Green button - DSP 'Display')
5. Place and secure the piece using clamps
5.1. Align the piece with the visual indicator in black.
5.2. Use the necessary clamps to prevent movement and deformation
in the room.
6. Place the tool in the spindle
6.1. Place cloth.
6.2. Place the necessary collet for securing the tool
selected.
6.3. Introduce the tool leaving a margin of 8 to 10 mm from the
cut length and the collet.
6.4. Tighten using the wrench and monkey wrench. (Counter-clockwise
schedule).
7. Calibrate the tool to ZERO piece.
7.1. Align the edges to the Y axis and move the tool (X+ or X-) until they align.

9.7. Place the .NC file in the required positions (1 to 30) in the DSP.
9.8. Exit to the coordinates by pressing the CANCEL button (Yellow)

10. Run the program
10.1. Press the RUN button
10.2. Select the location–INNER
10.3. Select the .NC file
10.4. Press OK
11. Configure the cutting speeds
11.1. If you need to modify the values, press the button
RUN and modify the speed values.
12. Make tool change (Machining with 2 or more tools) and
calibrate Z
13. Send the tool to HOME
14. Turn off equipment.
15.Disconnect the power supply
16. Carry out proper cleaning.
