14.7 NUMBERING OF PLANS AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS

The document number, properly speaking, will be composed of four identification groups.
as detailed in the following items:

14.7.1 First Group - Substation or Transmission Line Code

For Substations, the first group will consist of a numerical system that consists of three
digits. It allows for the identification of the substation using numbering from 000 to 999.

14.7.2 Second Group - Classification Code

The second group will consist of five digits, and it is the one that classifies the subject, being called
therefore code or classification number. Each of the five digits provides information in
regarding the matter referred to in the document.

Documents related to the same matter will have the same number in this group, regardless of
issuing body of the same. The classification is made from left to right, starting from the
general to particular.
The plan lists will not include this group in their numbering.

14.7.3 Third Group - Order Number

The third group will consist of three digits and indicates the order number of the document, in the subject
in which it was classified. Documents related to the same subject will have different order numbers and
successive; not caring therefore, that different matters (different classification numbers) come to
