a) Potable Water: It has been designed with the indirect system (Tank
Cistern - Pumping Equipment - Elevated Tank), due to pressure
that presents and for maintenance prevention and rationing in the
red. The system consists of the public drinking water network of
SEDAPAL, whose water intake will be controlled with the main meter
of consumption, followed by a 3/4” supply pipe that
it will supply the tank truck, two pumping units of 3/4 HP each
one to push the water to the elevated tank in a 1" pipe and from there
by gravity and through 3/4" feeding pipes
will distribute the water through the branch pipes of ¾” and ½”, to each
one of the departments.
b) Drainage:
The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors are designed with an evacuation.
by gravity maintaining the established slope of the pipes and
with final disposal to the public sewer system (Sedapal)
In the drainage system, branches have been projected from
ventilation, in the traps of sanitary appliances as in the
terminals of the branches; to maintain the water seals
content in the siphons and to discharge the produced gases
inside the internal network.
