Breakfast

 Whey protein powder- 1 scoop


 1 fruit
 Option 1: 2 Idlis or 2 Dosas or 1 egg dosa with 1 katori chutney
 Option 2: 1 boiled eggs with 2 slices of bread +
 Option 3: bread omlet ( 2 eggs, 2 slices)

Lunch
 Brown rice or 2 Jowar roti or 2 whole wheat roti with 1 katori
dal or Sambar
 1 katori mixed vegetables
 100 gms paneer or 2 boiled eggs or 100 gms chicken/ Meat

Dinner
 Sprouts salad or any salad – 200 gms
 1 fruit
 1 boiled egg or 70 gms roasted makhana or 100 gms soya
chunks or 50 gms paneer or 100 gms chicken/ Meat
 Nuts 30 gms
 Casein Protein 1 scoop
