Instructions for the completion of the form
1. Complete the areas on the form in BLOCK LETTERS in black ink
2. A non-refundable application fee of N$60.00 is payable upon submission of the application form.
3. This application must be accompanied by certified copies of birth certificate/identity card and relevant academic certificates
and proof of payment of the non-refundable application fee.
4. Minimum requirements:
23 points in six (6) subjects in Grade 10 (Old Curriculum) with an E symbol in English, Mathematics and Physical
Science for Technical Occupational Area.
Minimum 20 points in six (6) subjects in Grade 11 (New Curriculum) & Grade 12 Old curriculum with F
symbol in English, Mathematics and Science for Technical Occupational Area,
Minimum 20 points in 6 subjects in Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 with E symbol in English for
Office Administration L1
Level 4 Certificate is required if applying for National Diploma Level 5.
5. The form must be submitted to Rundu Vocational Training Centre on or before Friday, 03 October 2025 @ 12:00.
6. Only properly completed application forms with all accompanying documents attached will be considered.
7. Applicants who meets the requirements will be invited for an Aptitude Test.
