Temperature, etc.

How to do Actuator tests:

1. Click on drop down (arrow mark)


near DELPHI - BSVI
2. Following list will appear,
• ECU info
• Live Data
• Actuators
• Adjustment parameters
3. Click on arrow near Actuators to view
list of tests available in the system.
4. For ex: Click on EGR actuator
5. Before starting Actuator test, ensure
the pre-conditions are met.
6. Also during actuator test, we can
view Live data parameters related to
actuator test below.

2. Following list will appear,
• ECU info

• Actuators
• Adjustment parameters

parameters to view list of parameters
available in the system.

How to Adjust parameters:


1. For example
Click on Injection valve to change
Injector ID’s
2. Before changing values, ensure the pre-
conditions are met.
3. After changing once verify desired values
are present.

How to Flash ECU/ACU:


1. Click on Flash ECU option
2. Click on ECU/ACU/Cluster/ABS for flashing
dataset
3. Click on add option near calibration file
and ensure correct dataset file is selected.
4. Click on Start Flash option

Do you want to Flash the ECU?
Yes or No
Click on Yes to start flashing
