4.2.1. Adjustment for each parameter

1. Test mode adjustment: confirm the test mode based on the box demand
reactive (period, colon, Kinetics). Move the cursor. select the method of
appropriate essay from the list.
a. Final point: after mixing the reagent and the sample, react for a period of time
to reach the end (that is, the color or absorbance of the reaction solution does not
changes). Next, the absorbance of the reaction solution assay is used
to obtain the concentration of the reaction solution according to the law of
Lambert - Beer. If any test reagent requires a test with double length of
Wave, to avoid interference, the analyzer provides such a testing method.
b. Kinetics: after mixing the reagent and the sample, they continuously test the
absorbance of the reaction solution, when the absorbance value changes
linearly, measure its rate of change, then obtain the concentration of the
reaction solution according to the Lambert - Beer law.
c. From two points: a special example for Kinetics, that is, when the value of the
absorbance changes linearly, measure the difference in absorption between the two points
within the linear segment, to obtain the concentration of the reaction solution.
2. Unit adjustment: move the cursor select the corresponding unit from the list.
3. Operating temperature adjustment: the same set method with 'Unit', select 25
℃, 30 ,℃37 and℃the ambient temperature as a requirement.
Try to maintain the same testing temperature, or switch between the different ones.
reaction temperatures that will take some time to wait.
4. Adjustment for wavelength-M: the analyzer is equipped with six filters (340 nm, 405
nm, 510 nm, 546 nm, 578 nm, 620 nm), the same selection method with the "Unit".
5. Adjustment for the wavelength-S (reference wavelength): select the sub-
wavelength according to the requirement of the reagent (340 nm, 405 nm, 510 nm, 546 nm,
578nm, 620nm, no), generally not available.
6. Delay time adjustment: Delay time is measured from the entry of liquid to the
colorimetric cell until the start time of the actual test.

Note
 A certain delay is necessary to maintain temperature balance and disappear.
the air bubbles in the sample in the colorimetric cell.
 For most endpoint test methods, the wait time is 5 seconds;
 In 25, ℃
the delay time of the kinetics must be no less than 10 seconds;
 In 30, ℃
the kinetic delay time must be no less than 12 seconds;
 At 37,℃ the time delay of the kinetics must be no less than 15 seconds;

7. Configuration for the sample: This parameter only provides as the reference of the
relationship, does not imply in the operations.
8. Reagent setup: This parameter only serves as a reference for the
relationship, does not imply in the operations.
9. Adjustment for the suction solution: suction solution can be adjusted in this
10. White adjustment: reagent blank, sample blank, and no blank can be selected.
According to the user's need, a blank of the reagent and without blank can be selected.
In Kinetics, no target is fixed at two points.
11. Adjustment of the reference range: after adjusting the reference range, if the result goes
beyond the reference range, the device will add a '*' at the front of the
result ("*" means the result is abnormal). Enter the reference range with
the on-screen keyboard.
12. Adjustment of the factor: If the test is based on a known fixed factor for calculation, then
click on the factor edit box, enter the factor using the on-screen keyboard.
The factor will be filled in automatically when the standard item was calibrated.
13. Adjustment of test element name: at the fixed test point, the name has been
solved, and cannot be changed.
Note
The adjustment methods for custom elements and fixed test elements are
identical, only you can type the name of the element using the on-screen keyboard.
14. Adjustment for the reagent name: according to the reagent instructions for introduction
the name on the on-screen keyboard or the external keyboard.
15. Framework for the linearity range: in the reaction test, when the reactant content
the sample is too high, the substrate in the reagent has been exhausted before the
reactant to complete the reaction, so that the resulting concentration value does not
can measure correctly. After entering 'linearity range', the device
it will automatically determine, once the aforementioned problem exists, the
The device will automatically prompt you "The samples exceeded the linear range," it refers to the
reactive instruction or specific data provider.
Note
"Linearity range" without input or incorrectly formatted input may result in a
warning, but it does not affect the accuracy of the test.

Chapter 6 Standard Calibration
6.1. Summarize
In general, the analyzer measures the absorption value of the test, but the operator waits to
obtain the consistency value, so it is necessary that the factor that can be achieved is
based on tests of one or more standards. It can convert the absorption value of the test for
evaluate the coherence, the consistency of the known reagent is the standard liquid (or sample
standard, calibration liquid, standard, to abbreviate). The process of standard to factor of
conversion refers to calibration. Calibration according to the standard must be carried out depending on
the stability of the reagents, analyzer, and the operating method.
The analyzer adopts one-point calibration (linear regression) or multi-point calibration.
(non-linear regression).

Three operations for calibration according to the standard:

Chapter 10 Maintenance
Summary
The analyzer is a clinical chemical analyzer that only requires minimal maintenance.
Some general maintenance is necessary to keep the instrument in optimal condition.

10.2. Cleaning
10.2.1. Clean the exterior

Keep the operating environment clean.

Clean the exterior with a damp cloth (not wet) and mild detergent.
Clean the LCD screen with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.

Warning
Do not use any type of solvent, lipin, or corrosive material on the instrument.

10.2.2. Clean the colorimetric cell

The interior of the flow cell must be kept as clean as possible to ensure measurements.
good and reliable.

1. Clean the exterior of the colorimetric cell

a. Place the colorimetric cell according to the requirements (see 1.2.5).

b. If the exterior of the colorimetric cell is contaminated, gently clean it with a soft cloth.
moistened in an ethanol solution.

2. Cleaning of the colorimetric cell

a. Place a container with distilled water under the pipette, press 'RINSE' cell system
flow. It will now wash continuously until the 'RINSE' button is pressed again. Leave
continue for 30 seconds.
b. Clean the colorimetric cell with glassware detergent or 95% ethanol, press 'RINSE' to
suction the detergent, press again to stop rinsing, keep the detergent in the cell
colorimetric for 5 minutes, then use distilled water to wash
continuously for one minute. If the rinse is not sufficient, please rinse with detergent
again.

The colorimetric cell must be rinsed in the following situations:

The difference in white balance is too great when turning on the device.
Change the test element.
Before turning off the device.
Fuse: T1.6AL250V.

Warning
Never install a fuse of incorrect rating!

10.3.2. Adjustment of the pump pipe

After using the analyzer for half a year, the location of the pump pipe can
be adjusted. The method is as follows:

1) Turn the button to the right, open the pipe shield joint of the pump.
Take out the tube from the pump.
3) Release the fixed strapping tape on the tube's tie-in, relate the 180° tube next.
use the REFIX strapping tape.
4) Install and lock the pump tube (Counter-rotate the button).

Note
If the pump tube is not installed correctly, the device will not suction the liquid.

10.3.3. Replacement of the pipette

If the pipette (or the colorimetric cell) is clogged with various items, use a syringe to
fix it. If it breaks or blocks badly, replace it. The method is as follows:

Pull from the flow cell.

Remove the pipette at the entrance to replace it with a new one. Cover the fixed tube at one end.
of the new pipette. The pipette must be set aside by 5 mm (see figure 1.10):
Fix the tube at the entrance of the colorimetric cell.
