I, Matthew Emmanuel Omuya with matric number 15BS1046, and a graduate from Biological
Science Department (Botany option) write to request for my academic transcripts.

Sir, the result transcript is needed for an online application for National Agency for Academic
Exchange (NAWA) Scholarship. The scholarship is still at its evaluation stage after which
successful applicants shall then be assigned to a chosen University.
