Job Title: Senior GenAI Engineer
Core Experience Requirements
Python Development & AI/ML Pipeline
• 6-8 years of Python development experience with strong focus on AI/ML data
pipelines, RAG system development, and GenAI applications
• Hands-on experience with LangChain framework and HuggingFace Transformers
ecosystem
• Deep understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures,
embedding models, and similarity search implementations
• Proven experience with vector databases and semantic search applications
API Development & Performance
• Expert-level proficiency with FastAPI framework and asynchronous programming
patterns
• Strong background in REST API design, implementation, and optimization
• Experience with ML model deployment strategies and GPU infrastructure
management
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for AI/ML workloads
Technical Skills (Required)
Database & Data Management
• Advanced PostgreSQL experience with focus on performance tuning and SQL
optimization
• Hands-on experience with vector databases, particularly pgvector extension
• Proficiency in XML/JSON parsing, document processing workflows, and intelligent
text chunking strategies
Development & Operations
• Proficient with Git version control, collaborative development workflows, and
modern Python practices
• Experience implementing comprehensive testing frameworks, structured logging, and
monitoring systems
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced AI/ML Capabilities
• Experience with large language model fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA)
• Familiarity with modern training frameworks such as Unsloth or Axolotl
• Understanding of LLMOps practices and automated model deployment pipelines
• Experience with code generation models and domain-specific AI applications
• Knowledge of GPU infrastructure management across cloud platforms (RunPod,
AWS, GCP)
Enterprise Integration & Architecture
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware solutions
• Understanding of API management, security protocols, and governance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools (n8n, Apache Airflow, or
similar)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems design
