StepI, the proper operation instructions

Before using the machine, you must be read the instructions carefully, to ensure install, test properly .Be familiar
with securities, machinery performance, maintenance, tool components act. The instructions will also be used in the
process of using the machine, So you must kept it perfectly.

StepII, security precautions

1, To keep security precautions, professional operator is allowed to do electrical installation or repair.
2, Before turning on motor, please check whether the voltage and frequency warning marked on the motor
is the same with power .
3,Electrical generating system of the machine should be fixed, no-loose or non-contact phenomenon.
4, Abuse of wire is prevented, don’t tug force outlet, wires should be far away from heat, oily, sharp objects.
5, when a fault occurs, or send unuasal signal .you should immediately pull the plug, turn off the machine tool

10, The workpiece must be fastening and be fixed, not holding the workpiece with hands, so that hands can be
manipulate the machines.
11, To maintain the cleanliness of surface rail, do not let sand, dust-free into rail result in damage.
12,when you fatigue or take alcohol, narcotic drugs, do not to operate the machine.
13, when the machine tool parts, accessories damaged, please do not repalce it at ranndom, it should be applied
in the performance of the corresponding spare parts,.

2.Summarize
1.1 Usage
The operating table adopts the imported high-precision linear ball slide rail which can ensure the table stable and
easy to operate.
The machine can be matched with different fittings in lines with tools to grind so as to grind drill bit, screw tap,
end-milling cutter. R-shaped turning tool, R-shaped milling cutter, hobbling knife, round paper cutting knife.
The motor can rotate 360,The two sides of the motor can be installed with two grinding wheels at the same time.
When you grind cutting tools of different materials, you may restart grinding by simply rotating the motor, Which
can enhance security and reduce the time of disassembling and repetition.
It adopts the FC30 cast iron of high toughness to keep the precision of the machine

Features:

The machine is applicable to sharpening high-speed steel, hard metal or cutters made of other materials and is
convenient for cylindrical grinding, plane groove processing and three-dimensional profiling, etc. If special
accessories are equipped, it can also be used to grind various gears, worm-wheel hobs, form tools, ball-end milling
cutters, fluted twist drills, taper taps, etc.
It is able to in cooperation with other accessories: shaped cutting tool, butt mill, end mill, R-shaped mill, circular

3.Fundation and installation

1.The machine should be installed in a steady and solid working base, the operation area should be set as following:

4.1. Choose grinding wheel
4.2 Fixing the grinding wheel

4.2.1 According to the speed of the grinding wheel to choose the size and sharp of grinding wheel.(Details refer to
grinding wheel supplier)
4.2.2 Suggest to use 5degree cup resin grinding wheel,grain size 60, hardness is K, structure is 8, use the diamond
pen to dressing wheel, make the side and front 10degree, and make it sharp.
4.2.3 To check the wheel and make sure it do not have the cracks
4.2.4 If the inner hole of grinding wheel is not matched, please do not put the wheel into the spindle.
4.2.5 At both side of wheel, please put a clean,smooth, ink absorption paper.
4.2.6 When the wheel running, please stand away about one minute
4.2.7 Please keep the wheel in dry condition.
4.2.8 According to the booklet to fix and dressing wheel.
4.2.9 Please do not wareing necklace, Long-sleeved shirt and loose list

4.3 Choose the holder

According to the different Tool, you can choose different holder, for example: if you want to sharp the end mill
cutters, you can choose the end mill grinding attachment.

4.4 Adjust and operate
1, Before run the machine, machine tools must be add oil and check whether the lock at the first two columns and

4.5.Dressing wheel
1. Use the diamond pen to dressing wheel, make the side and front 10degree, and make it sharp.
2 Use diamond pen to dressing wheel
Diamond pen C2D1, have diamond head,can be put to some angle. Then do the dressing.
a. Lower the grinding wheel make the center higher than the diamond pen.
b. tilted 85 degrees into a diamond and wheel
c. Move the worktable Longitudinal travel, and make the diamond pen touching the wheel, then make the
worktable horieontal travel to dressing the wheel.Each time put in 0.025MM, then dressing the wheel and make it
sharp.
4.5.1.Complementary angle adjustment
Loose the 14,15 screw, then it can do Complementary angle adjust.

Such as 15 move left 30degree, 14 move right 30degree, then can make the motor with grinding wheel at 90degree.

4.6 After operation,please take off the holder, and clear the scraps and dust dirty of the worktable, then put the

machine oil to protect unpainted place from rust.

5. Maintenance

1. If you buy the machine for a month do not use it,please do rust protection timely accoring to the difference area.

2. When the machine running for a month, please clear the dust and metal power with the coal oil then add the
lubricating oil

3. Ball screw must have the Lubricating oil,if not add lubricating oil and get rusty, We will not be as free warranty

program.
