Joshia: Good morning everyone!

*introduce ourselves* and we are your


emcees for this joint meeting. May I request everyone to please all rise and
bow our heads as we take a moment to center ourselves and offer this
prayer to be played through audio visual presentation.

Joshia: Thank you for that heartfelt prayer. As we begin, we would like to
acknowledge the presence of our dedicated DILG San Fabian (Head ),
Ma'am Marisol C. Inacay/ Genevit Roca. At this point, may we invite her to
deliver her welcome message for the attendees of this 2nd Quarter Joint
Meeting.

Realyn: Thank you very much, Ma’am Marisol/Genevit, for that warm
message.
Before we proceed, let us also acknowledge the presence and leadership of
our ever-dedicated Municipal Mayor, Hon. Marlyn Agbayani, who is
represented today by Dr. Orlando Imbuido.
At this point, may we call on Dr. Orlando Imbuido to deliver the message on
behalf of our beloved Mayor.

Realyn : Once again, we welcome you all to the Joint Regular Meeting of the
Municipality of San Fabian headed by Department of Interior and Local
Government (DILG). We are gathered here today at the MDRRMC Operation
Center for a comprehensive discussion on various programs, updates, and
accomplishments across multiple sectors.
Joshia: And now, without further ado, let’s begin with the agenda for this
joint meeting.

AGENDA PROPER

Joshia: Let’s now begin with our agenda for today’s meeting. First, on our
agenda are the Updates from the Council for the Protection of
Children and Proper Handling of CICL and Violence Against Women
and their Children, headed by MSWDO representative, Ma’am
Queenie Rose H. Cabanlig

Realyn: Thank you very much, Ma’am Queenie. Next, we have the
Updates on Anti-Drug Abuse Council and the Peace and Order
situation for the 1st and 2nd Quarters from COP, to be presented by
PLTCOL Danilo M. Perez, or his representative.

Joshia: Thank you, Sir Danilo. Up next are updates on the SubayBayani
Projects, headed by our Municipal Engineer, Engr. Rodel Quiros To be
represented by his representative, Engr. Mark Christian Macaltao.
Realyn: Thank you so much, Engr. Mark Christian. Next on our agenda list
is about the updates on MDRRMC for the 1st and 2nd quarters from MDRRMO.
Headed by Engr. Lope Juguilon.

Joshia: Thank you, Engr Lope Juguilon. Our next agenda item is about the
Environmental Management Board updates, to be presented by Sir
Antonio J. Supremido, Jr.

Realyn: we will proceed to the Updates and Accomplishments of the


Philippine Coast Guard, one of our key partners in ensuring safety and
order in our coastal areas, to be presented by PO1 Raymundo Barboza.

Joshia: Thank you, Sir. Next, we’ll tackle Executive Legislative Agenda
Concerns, which will be discussed and addressed by Municipal Planning
and Development Coordinator, Ma’am Sara Rusela Lazo

Realyn: And finally, we will open the floor for Other Matters that need to
be raised, discussed, or clarified by the body.
