Project Proposal
1. Project name
Automatic Bottle Filling and Capping Machine.
2. Introduction / problem statement
Bottle filling and capping is the viral task of many industries. When
this process is automated, industries require minimum human effort
to complete the job with better reliability. This project aims to
design a simple and economical system which can fill and cap
bottle automatically with PLC ladder logic. Accordingly, the
system increases the production in industry.
3. Objectives and aim
Automatic filling and capping are the methodology, in which fluid
is packed into a bottle, can or any container. Filling and capping of
bottles are very common in industries when the product is in liquid
forms such as beverage and medicine industries. Automatic filling
and capping usually related with PLC, which is the fundamental
component of automation in industries, like pneumatic systems and
proximity sensors etc... and this device is most suitable to
largescale production with more flexible and better reliability. So
that I developed the automatic multivariate liquid filling system
and conveyor control using PLC. This research facilitates the
filling of one bottle and the capping of another bottle
simultaneously, consequently the production becomes faster.

4. Benefits
Require the minimum human effort to complete the job.
Increase the production in industry.
Easy to troubleshooting problems.
Improved safety.
Are extra clean and sanitary (contactless)
Ability to upgrade.
Easy operation.
Consistency and Reliability.
5. Project plan
In this overall system, There is a flat blet conveyor that carries the
continers forward sequentially onto the rotating disk,The continers
will be filled and capped.
