Dear Parents,

As per the recent advisory from the Government of Tamil Nadu, schools are
scheduled to reopen only from Monday, 2nd June 2025. In view of this, we have
decided to commence online from Monday, 26 May 2025 till Friday, 30 May 2025.
We request your support in ensuring that your ward take these classes seriously, as
they will not be retaken. It is essential to follow all guidelines for online classes and
maintain proper etiquette.
Guidelines for Online Classes:
1. Students must be well-groomed and attend online classes in school uniform or
formal dress.
2. Should be seated in a well lit room at a table.
3. Students should refrain from snacking during the online session.
4. Parents must ensure that there is reliable internet connection to participate in
the online classes without interruptions.
5. The same classroom link will be used for all sessions.
6. Attendance is mandatory for every session and will be recorded. So kindly
ensure your ward attends every session punctually.
7. Students should remain muted and raise their hands to ask questions.
8. Video should be turned on throughout the session to ensure active
participation.
9. Students should not leave the session while it is in progress.
10. Students should be seated for the session with the respective subject
textbooks and notebooks. Notes must be taken as advised by the subject
teacher.

ensure a smooth and productive online learning experience for all students. We
