BrahMos Aerospace, an India-Russia Joint Venture needs highly talented and dynamic
professionals with brilliant academic records to join the following positions to contribute to
the Nation’s security:
APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE FOLLOWING VACANCIES AT
BRAHMOS AEROSPACE:
1. TRAINEE TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR:
First Class Diploma (Mechanical/ECE) candidates
Age Limit: 25 years (as on 01 April 2025 i.e. born on or after 01 April 2000)
EMOLUMENTS FOR TRAINEE TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR:
During Training Period: Consolidated amount of Rs. 30,000/- per month. No other allowances will be
permissible during training.
After Training Period: As per Company Policy
2. TRAINEE TECHNICIAN:
First Class ITI (Mechanical/ECE) candidates
Age Limit: 22 years (as on 01 April 2025 i.e. born on or after 01 April 2003)
EMOLUMENTS FOR TRAINEE TECHNICIAN:
During Training Period: Consolidated amount of Rs. 25,000/- per month. No other allowances will be
permissible during training.
After Training Period: As per Company Policy
A. APPOINTMENT CONDITIONS:
• Appointment will be on Fixed Term Contract Basis for a period 5 years initially, extendable as per
Performance Assessment & Company’s requirement.
• Place of posting: Candidates should be willing to serve anywhere in India as per Company Policy.
• Initially the selected candidates will be posted at one of the work centers of BrahMos for training
purpose for a period up to 3 years.
B. SELECTION PROCESS:
(a) Written test (OMR based questions) to be the first level of filtration. Candidates will be short-listed in
1:3 ratio (i.e. for each vacancy minimum 3 candidates would be short-listed). Results to be announced
on the same day.
(b) Shortlisted candidates from written test to appear for trade test and interview which will be conducted
on the following day/s.
(c) Final selection would be based on Trade Test & Interview with weightage of 40 marks for Trade Test
& 10 Marks for Interview.
C. GENERAL GUIDELINES:
• Appointment is subject to medical fitness and verification of antecedents.
• The applicants should ensure that they satisfy the eligibility criteria as on date of application.
• Candidates will be shortlisted for interview on the basis of the information provided by them in
the application. If at the time of interview or at any subsequent stages, any information provided
by the candidate is found to be false, their candidature will be rejected forthwith.
• All decisions in matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of application shall be final
and no enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this connection from any individual or
his/her representatives.
• Candidates found using Canvassing / unfair means in any form would be debarred from the selection
process.
