Azim Premji Foundation (“Foundation”) collects, stores, and processes information including Personal Information for the purpose of
processing your application and for awarding (if eligible) scholarship under the Azim Premji Scholarship Programme ( “Purpose”).

The personal information (“Personal Information”) that we may collect includes but is not limited to your name, parents’/guardian’s name, sex,
address, mobile number, Aadhar number, bank account details, and academic records.

The Personal Information collected from you may be retained by the Foundation for as long as may be required for fulfilling the Purpose stated
herein or as may be required by law. The Foundation uses reasonable data security and safeguard measures to protect all Personal Information in
Foundation’s possession. The Personal Information collected from you by the Foundation shall not be disclosed to any third party without your
consent.

By clicking on “I Agree”; you hereby acknowledge and provide consent to:

1. Providing your Personal Information for the purposes of Azim Premji Scholarship Programme.

2. Understanding that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection or cancellation of your scholarship
application or scholarship, recovery of any benefits granted, and disqualification/blacklisting from all future scholarship processes of the
Foundation

3. Understanding that submitting the form does not by itself entitle you to the scholarship, and that the final decision rests solely with the
Foundation.

4. Acknowledging and accepting the terms and conditions mentioned below, which will be visible on the dashboard as “Scholarship Agreement”
if your application is shortlisted for the Scholarship.

4.1 Term:

4.1.1 The duration of the Scholarship shall be for full course duration (“Scholarship Period”) of your first undergraduate degree or diploma of
minimum 2 years and not more than 5 years, unless otherwise terminated by the Foundation. Extension of the Scholarship beyond the
Scholarship Period shall be at the sole discretion of the Foundation.
4.2 Scholarship Amount:

4.2.1 During the Scholarship Period, you shall be eligible to receive a scholarship amount of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) per
annum (“Scholarship Amount”) subject to renewal every year.

4.3 Purpose:

4.3.1 The Scholarship Amount shall be utilized for any expense incurred by you for the completion of the Course such as tuition fees or any
other expenses incidental to your ongoing higher education.

4.4 Disbursement of Scholarship Amount:

4.4.1 Disbursement of the Scholarship Amount shall be done in installments (either yearly or Semester in advance) to your bank account.

4.4.2 Disbursement of the Scholarship Amount, during the Scholarship Period, for Academic Years/Semesters subsequent to the first
Academic Year or Semester shall be done only upon fulfilment of the following conditions:

4.4.2.1 Your completion of the previous Academic Year/ Semester.

4.4.2.2 Your continuation of the Course.

4.4.2.3 Submission of documents such as completion/pass certificate/grade certificates, proof of continuation of your Course attested by
the Head of the ‘Higher Education Institution,’ and other such documents as may be requested by the Foundation.

4.4.2.4 In the event that you discontinue the Course, no further disbursements of the Scholarship Amount shall be made for the remainder
of the Scholarship period and the Scholarship award shall stand terminated.

4.5 Other Terms and Conditions:

4.5.1 During the Scholarship Period you are expected to put in your best efforts to complete your chosen Course.

4.5.2 During the Scholarship Period you are expected to regularly attend classes of your chosen Course.

4.5.3 During the Scholarship Period, you shall not indulge in any criminal, illegal or unethical practices.

4.5.4 It is hereby clarified that, being entitled to this Scholarship does not entitle you towards any present or future relationship with the
Foundation, in any capacity whatsoever.

4.6 Modifications to the Scholarship and Termination:

4.6.1 Foundation reserves the right to offer/withdraw/modify/reject or make any other changes to this Scholarship Agreement, at its sole
discretion, without assigning any reason.

4.6.2 Foundation reserves the right to terminate the Scholarship and this Agreement, under the following circumstances:

4.6.2.1 You discontinue the Course pursuant to which the Scholarship was awarded.

4.6.2.2 You furnish falsified information to the Foundation.

4.6.2.3 You willfully misrepresent or commit a breach of the terms of this Scholarship award.

4.6.2.4 For any other reason as determined by the Foundation, at its discretion.
