HOPE VILLAGE BASKETBALL LEAGUE
I. GREETINGS
Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. After few months of long battle of the fittest, strongest and
mightiest athletes in the field of basketball, we came out victorious because tonight is the night that we
are all waiting for. Wherein we will be witnessing the AWARDING CEREMONY that will give recognition to
all outstanding players in our HOPE VILLAGE in different categories.
Tonight, then is a long revelry of joy and simple but a very memorable and meaningful celebration for all
of us especially to all players. This is a sign that once again, we will be on our old self and be proud of our
achievement. That's why you really deserve to have an awarding ceremony like this. Basketball is not
easy. It is a contact and physical sport that needs mental, emotional, social or shall I say, it needs a
holistic approach. That's why I salute all the players, coaches and even the supporters from different
teams. You deserve a clap for this. Let's applaud them. This is the fruit of your labors.
II. Doxology
On this note, I am inviting everyone to please rise as a sign of respect as we give reverence to our LORD I
prayer to be led by Ms. Rosalyn Grecia and to be followed by the singing of our PhilippineNational
Anthem through an Audio Presentation.
III. Opening Remarks.

At this juncture, I know everyone is so excited to be recognized and receive their certificates or trophies.

But before that, we also want to appreciate all the groups that joined and participated in our barangay
league. Without you, this league would not have been successful. So, let's applaud them.

According to my research, the Philippine basketball association mythical team is an honor given to the
best players in each of the five basketball positions.
This year, we will be recognizing our mythical five who played vital role in every game. They were judged
accordingly based on the criteria set by the committee. As I call your name, please come here in front.
