Basic Principles:
Same sign multiply or divide produce positive result, e.g. [ + × + = + ] , [ + ÷ + = + ]
[− × −= +], [− ÷− = +]
Example: (+𝟑) × (+𝟕) = +𝟐𝟏
(−𝟑) × (−𝟕) = +𝟐𝟏
(+𝟏𝟐) ÷ (+𝟑) = +𝟒
(−𝟏𝟐) ÷ (−𝟑) = +𝟒
