Uses two 14500 3.7V lithium batteries (4.
2V, two different marking methods
for one battery)
When using 800mAh battery, it can work for less than 86 hours (actual
measurement) .
Use USB Type-C port to charge, can be powered on/off , charging current
500mA
After installing the battery, there is a certain probability that the built-in
battery protection circuit is in protection state, and the battery needs to be
connected to a charger to activate it.
Firmware Update: With the device powered off, press and hold the zero button
and then the power button. Hold both buttons until the screen is fully
displayed. This will enter firmware upgrade mode. Connect the device to a
computer via a data cable . The computer will recognize a removable storage
device. Copy and paste the firmware app.bin file to the root directory of the
recognized disk . Once the copy is complete, the firmware update is complete.
Press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds to power off the
device, then power it on normally . Note: 1. Do not press any buttons while in
firmware update mode, as this may cause configuration errors. 2. Do not copy
irrelevant files to the virtual disk , as this may cause the update to fail.
Note: Data logging can store up to 86,400 data records. Data logging can only
be enabled when the memory is completely empty . Otherwise, logging can
only be enabled after the memory is cleared , which takes approximately 34
seconds. When recording a large number of data records (>= 10,000), file
generation takes time . When the number of data records reaches 86,400 or
the battery voltage drops to the shutdown voltage, logging will automatically
stop and file generation will be stopped .
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device.
After power on, the default display temperature (Celsius) is displayed at the
peak value. The temperature unit is not displayed . Short press the PEAK
button and then release it to switch to the minimum value , maximum value ,
Temperature, when at the maximum/minimum position, long pressing PEAK
will clear the peak value (the current pressure value is recorded as the peak
value) .
Press the light button briefly and release it to turn on or off the backlight. Long
press the backlight button to enter the backlight time setting. Use the up
(PEAK) / down (light) button to set the backlight time in seconds, ranging from
10 to 90 seconds or constant ON. Press the zero button to save and exit. Press
the power button to exit without saving.
Short press the unit button to switch the display unit at a time
Press and hold the Zero button for 3 seconds to reset the pressure
Short press the table key to enter the menu. There are 5 menus in total: REC:
Data recording status, RECCF: Data recording configuration, DATE: Date
setting, TIME: Time setting, CAB: Calibration date,
Use the Up (PEAK) / Down (LIGHT) keys to move through the menu.
REC data recording status: Displays the recording cycle when there is no
recorded data , displays "ong" + the number of recorded data during the
recording process , and displays "done" + the number of recorded data when
the recording is completed .
When no data is being recorded, pressing zero will start recording and return
to the stress test interface. Pressing zero during data recording will end
recording and generate a PDF file. A maximum of 86,400 data items can be
recorded. When recording a large amount of data (tens of thousands of items)
, generating the file will take longer .
RECCF data recording settings: There are multiple sub- menus, namely: CYCLE
cycle selection, SEC second cycle selection, CLEAR data clearing, ALARM
alarm function enable, UNIT alarm function unit selection, MIN alarm lower
limit, MAX alarm upper limit.
CYCLE is the cycle selection, use the left and right keys to select the cycle CUS
custom seconds, 5MIN 10MIN, 15MIN
SEC is the specific value setting of the custom second period , which can be 1
~ 3600 seconds
CLEAR is data clearing. When data has been recorded, it is necessary to clear
the original data before recording again. It takes about 34 seconds to clear the
data.
ALARM Use the left and right keys to turn on or off the alarm function. After
turning off the alarm, the following setting menu cannot be entered.
UNIT unit selection, the alarm function needs to set the upper and lower limits
, so the unit needs to be set. After the alarm function is enabled, no matter
what the current display unit is, it will automatically switch to the set unit as
long as the record is turned on
MIN/MAX are upper and lower limit settings. After pressing zero, the middle
part will display -----. At this time, press the left key to increase a digit , press
the up and down keys to change the current digit , and press the right key to
delete a digit . Pressing zero will end the current input. The middle part will
still display -----. Press zero again to save the current setting value and ----- will
disappear.
DATE Date setting:
TIME setting:
Press zero to enter the setting, the setting position will flash, use the left and
right keys to adjust the flashing position, and the up and down keys to adjust
the value. Press zero to save, and the power button to cancel.
CAB calibration date, press zero to enter the password interface, enter
different passwords to set different contents,
1001: Clear the pressure zero value to the value at calibration
1002: When data recording is abnormal, you can use this password to force
format the memory, which takes about 34 seconds
1003: Data record abnormality. Partial data recovery can be performed using
this password . It is not recommended.
1004: Data record abnormality. You can use this password to generate a
special image file. Part of the data can be restored through the special image
file . It is not recommended to use
2001: Enable or disable the generation of CSV files
3001: Recalibrate the date. When it is 0, this function is not enabled. After it is
enabled, data recording will not be possible after the set date is reached.
4001: Must be used when there is no data record . It can open special data
record and generate CSV file, which will record the time. pressure,
Temperature, bridge voltage, battery voltage
0096: Calibration and Configuration
Calibration and configuration
TEMP: ON/OFF, turn on or off the temperature unit, the unit is Chinese
COMP: OFF/SENS/BRDG Turn on or off temperature compensation, and select
whether the temperature compensation temperature sensor is a dedicated
sensor or a bridge voltage sensor.
TDIM: DIM 1/2, one-dimensional temperature compensation (only for zero
point compensation) , two-dimensional temperature compensation. It is
necessary to establish a dynamic equation for the pressure temperature
coefficient
