The Training & Placement Cell has issued a mandatory policy for the 2026 batch regarding the acceptance of campus offers and Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) eligibility. Accepting any campus offer before receiving a PPO from a summer internship will void the PPO eligibility. Students are urged to carefully consider their decisions during the recruitment process to maintain fairness and uphold commitments to companies.

NOTICE

Date: 24/07/2025

Subject: Policy Regarding Acceptance of Campus Offers and Future PPO Eligibility
This is an urgent and mandatory directive from the Training & Placement Cell for all
students of the 2026 batch who are currently undertaking or have completed a summer
internship.
Please be advised of the following critical policy:
If a student is eligible for or anticipating a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) from their summer
internship, but accepts any other campus offer (full-time or internship) from any company
participating in the ongoing or future campus recruitment drives before receiving and
accepting their PPO, their eligibility for that PPO will be immediately rendered NULL AND
VOID.
In such instances, the Training & Placement Cell will immediately send an official
communication to the company that was considering extending the PPO, informing them of
the student's acceptance of an alternative campus offer, thereby revoking their PPO
eligibility.
This policy is in place to ensure fairness, maintain the sanctity of the placement process, and
uphold the commitments made to recruiting organizations. Students are strongly advised to
consider their decisions carefully as they navigate the recruitment season.
Your strict adherence to this policy is expected.
