It is observed from the MCDO Annexures submitted by Divisions that the earnings from
land utilisation of Southern Railway for the month of April has significantly reduced from
Rs.21.61 Crores in the year 2024 to Rs.6.70 Crores in the year 2025.
It is essential to maintain a database of earnings from various sources like license,
leasing, way leave, rent, etc. by the Divisions so that Divisions can take necessary action to claim
the arrears as well as current year dues on time. Hence, it is advised to submit the following
details to this office and also to maintain updated status at all Divisions:
