1.WELOME OF THE CHIEF GUEST- Good morning everyone!!
With great pleasure, we are delighted to welcome our Chief guest Group Captain Gagan
Kohli, Station commander , Air Force station, BKT & Mrs SHIVANI RAWAT, PRESIDENT Affwa
local, Respected dignatories & proud parents to the Air force school Annual sports meet(
2024-25).
2. PARADE- Let us begin the eventful day by witnessing the spirit & discipline of our young
students in a display of unity & pride. Leading this grand parade by our school captain
Master SHUBHAM YADAV . Alongside , Shubham the students of premary are all set to
showcase their hardwork , energy and enthusiasm. Let us cheer them on and encourage this
young team as they march forward, representing the values & spirit of our school. Let’s give
them a big round of applause as they begin the parade.
ARJAN HOUSE- Welcome the first contingent ie ARJAN HOUSE led by talented Miss Anukrati
Rao, student of Class 5, march into the arena with enthusiasm & poise, sharp & ready to set
the tone for the parade.
SEKHON HOUSE- And, Now building on the energy & excitement please welcome the
second contingent ie Sekhon house led by MASTER HARDIK SINGH, Student of class 5 &
Students from the sekhon house displaying their precision, synchronization & enthusiasm.
SUBROTO HOUSE- Here comes, the Subroto House, putting their best foot forward. Please
welcome the third contingent, led by the dynamic MASTER SHIVAM JANGIR, Student of
class 5 with students of Subroto house.
KATRE HOUSE- Finally, Making their way into the ground with confidence & poise,
welcoming the 4th contingent led by the outstanding MISS MAYURI SINGH, Student of class
5 & student from the Katre house.
After Parade- A big round of applause for our talented students who left us all in awe with
their impeccable performance.
3. NATIONAL ANTHEM- I request all our guest stand together for national anthem. May the
spirit of our nation guide us always.
4. LADLE RACE-
What is sports without a bit of fun? Our youngest athletes, the tiny tots, are ready to show
their skills in the Ladle race!
Before we begin, Let’s go over the rules.
1. Each participant has a Ladle and a ball.
2. The objective is to scoop up the ball with the Ladle & race to the finish line without it.
3. Hold the ladle with both hands & keep those fingers away from the ball.
4. If your ball drops, you’ re out of the game.
5. The first one to cross the finish line with their ball still on the Ladle wins!
So, are you ready to get ladling?
Let’s cheer it up for nursery students.
After race- Wow ! what an amazing display of focus and coordination. Keep shinning, little
ones. You’ve shown us that sportsmanship starts young!

SACK RACE- Alright, Its time for one of the most exciting event- The sack race!! Let’s see
who can hop to the finish the fastest !
Before we begin let’s go over the rules.
1. Each participant will have a sack to hop in, and everyone must line up behind the
starting line.
2. When the whistle blows, hop forward in your sack an head for the finish line.
3. If you fall or accidently hop out of your sack, return to the start line and try again.
Get ready everyone ! Show us those lightning- fast hops !
After race- Amazing ! what energy, agility , and enthusiasm from all our participants.
You’ve truly kept us on the edge of our seats !

HULA HOOP OBSTACLE RACE- Next up, Let’s welcome our skilled Hula hoopers from class 5
to the track !
Before we begin, let’s go over the rules.
1. This time, Students will jump over cones, aiming their hula hoops backward over each
cone. It’s all about rhythm & coordination.
Let’s cheer them on as they show us their hula hooping skills.
After race-Well done students, You all did a great job.

PYRAMID FORMATION- To honour our guests, our students will perform a special pyramid
formation to show their respect and appreciation.
After pyramid formation- Beautifully done! What a meaningful way to express gratitude,
and such a wonderful display of teamwork and unity.
PRIZE DISTRIBUTION- The sports day events kicked off a month ago, featuring a variety of
exciting races. And now, the students are eagerly awaiting for the prize ceremony !
